Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

Do you like filth and stained carpets when you paid $1,000 deposit on a rental? Do you like complete disrespect when spoken to and 100% unprofessionalism? Then Royal Realty is for you!! I made the horrendous mistake of trying to rent a condo from RR only to walk into hell during my walk through. I even touched base with Marty explaining that I'll be there in the coming days and to make sure the condo got a touch-up clean because it was sitting for a while.. Only to be falsely reassured that it was done. No it wasn't!!! The place was a dump and this was anything but what I agreed to, best part is the owner didn't want me to have Directv because it would drill a hole in his roof. Um.. You got way bigger problems than a small drill hole Sir. You have a disgusting residence with roaches all around, a broken back door, dead weeds all over your back patio, sticky food in your broken pantry and your garage looks like a dumpster spilled over. But I was reassured from Christina at Royal Realty that what I was seeing EVERYWHERE were not roaches... No she said they were "water bugs". Ooooh just a cute little water bug? No thank you! I didn't take this place, thank God! But that's how these people do business, they lie to you, they're beyond rude to you, they rename roaches so it sounds better and they don't ensure the properties they represent are well cared for. So if you want to be out hundreds or maybe thousands of dollars because you need to find a new address and fast (one that isn't disgusting), then Royal Realty has you covered. When I went to the office to ask what the hell happened with this place, what went wrong? I was yelled at by Matthew and was told "What do you want? We are done here!" I WANTED and paid for what your website promised you jerk. I wanted a cute, clean condo that was well cared for in NW Fresno...but instead I got a roach motel! P.S. Don't let their website photos bamboozle you like they did me. It was all a facade. If I could give zero stars I would but Yelp won't let me. Don't think one star means anything positive, it doesn't.

If you hire Dan as your realtor, you will have struck a goldmine! I cannot begin to express how much Dan helped me (very unselfishly), while the COVID pandemic was set in to full force. I am a 69 year old senior with disabilities. I was pressed (with no help available) to move out of a retirement community while having no place to resort to. At that time, I was not allowed to leave the facility to search for an apartment. While desperately in need of relocating immediately, Dan heard I was having this very serious dilemma. He freely offered to take the burden from me. He quickly searched high and low for a place to relocate to. He never complained about the numerous hours of his own free time spent, in this most impossible time consuming task. He was absolutely there for me, while being completely supportive. He not once gave up on me, nor ever abandoned my quest for freedom. With a lot of hours and time, found a suitable place for me to safely call home. He was always willing to go the extra mile, from previewing many (and l mean many properties), to expediting paperwork, and then finally consummating/finalizing the deal. Dan is, without a doubt, a very loyal and hardworking man of integrity. Dan Jelladian is a man anyone would feel proud to hire and know, in pursuit of any real estate needs or any transaction, for that matter. You will be taken care of, like you are a part of his family. He truly helped me, so unselfishly, with such compassion and grace! I am so proud to know Dan. I consider him to be one of the nicest persons I have ever met in my lifetime. He truly saved me from a great deal of painful grief. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for all his selflessness. He, in my eyes, is an incredible human being, who really makes a difference in this world! Lorraine A

Should have checked myself. Had three offers within a week or so. All offers came in at listed price. I hesitated, he says to take cash offer. I thought Dan should have asked for a "last and final offer" from buyers. My stupidity. With cash in hand, we were looking for a house in Madera. I wanted to look at all homes. Saw some foreclosed units, was steered away from them by Dan, ( guess he did not want to deal with foreclosured home). We lost several homes due to either low bid or not location wanted. Found home, listed at $179,000.00, wife worried about losing home, wife wanted to bid, again was shown homes that were of "comparable value", $180,000.00 to $200,000.00. Later checked area on "zilllow" says homes about $160,000.00. Dan says that there were several bids on home. Noting that wife was concerned, bid just over asking price. Won bid. During walk through, I saw some items needing repair, Dan kind of misdirected my concern about items. I wanted a house inspection. Was advised by Dan, house is not that old and does not need an inspection. Found several problems with home later, costing more than what inspection would have cost. Problems probably would have delayed closing. Forgot to mention, had a home in Sanger, also listed with him. Sold within a week. Our sister-in-law listed her home with Dan. Slow sale, he suggested to list it as a distressed sale, suggestion was refused. I felt my interests were not meet. This happened in 2014. Wish I had used a different realtor

We got charged extra for a lot. Took the whole deposit. We made work orders & had insurance that couldve helped. We moved out and returned the keys before the prorate date & they still charged us extra after the deposit. I tried to clean a lot of the smoke residue on the floors & walls but it was making it worse. I put a work order for that as-well. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless u absolutely have too.
