It's my review I can say what I want right? If you only look at the Stars and read the first line of a review like I usually do? you should at least meet somebody on the staff and get a first impression, sometimes good or bad that's all it takes! now read on if you like, I'm not looking for a LTR swipe left! (oops wrong site I think?) This is an easy unbiased review for me, because I hadn't even heard of Dart reality before I saw the house, I had no friend ties or any expectations he was simply unlocking the door so I could check out the inside! He ended up doing a little more in the end! I broke every common sense rule using Dart reality, After it was all said and done Dart Reality was the listing agent for the seller, they were the my agent on the purchase, and Deanna Sold my existing home I was going to sell! I think that's like hitting the lottery for a realtor right? Not bad for just unlocking the front door! I was warned, listened to the concerns of others about putting my eggs in one basket I was a little hesitant! In the end I was right, I had a good feeling about the people! I went with my gut it's old school thinking but a persons word means a lot to me! Sure any realtor can sell you a house, or sell your house for you! Dart reality (Doug and his protege at the time Deanna) were fully aware I was months away from actually doing a deal, took time and made a visit to my house, assessed the value gave me some ideas about staging and were very straight with me regarding some concerns they had about what buyers would ask. I was given a price they would list it at no pressure I thanked them and we parted ways. I have to mention(didn't tell them this) I had already had a friend realtor do the same thing 3 weeks earlier but D&D were $55k higher! I was intrigued and doubted they could pull it off, but 4 months later I called them back, we did the paperwork and 2 days later house was sold! And they were WRONG in there valuation!!!! it actually sold for $72k more not $55k! Actually had 2 offers and I went the wrong one that fell throughout relisted it and still sold again in a couple of days! OK now about the process of purchasing the new house, talk about a gauntlet of challenges? it didn't go as smooth for me, but my issue not theirs! First off it was a semi bank owned, empty, reverse mortgage I don't even know what to call it other than a pain for them, and my Lender! Now on top of that, I was using a VA loan and what a disaster! Not the VA mind you the process! just logistically I had to sell my existing house and purchase new house on the same day because I could not have 2 VA loans! the VA inspector.... I wont go into the details other than he had me fixing things like flaking paint on a concrete wall, and painting a Redwood deck I had just replaced with my own out of pocket money(yes I realize that was dumb) but a VA policy states "No Bare wood" sure untreated exposed wood I understand, but who paints new redwood? yet he didn't bother to check plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets or the Septic system! (I was aware of plumbing and electrical that he didn't notice) I was freaking out because my house was selling in 4 days and I was going to be homeless! for The Dart reality team it wasn't a problem and handled it by getting a 7 day funding extension no worries! My Loan coordinator Nicole(Not sure if that's her title, a little afraid to ask!) Nicole is a Pit bull! (in a good way) that you want on your side!(I have 2 pit bulls btw so I know) she was on top of the Paperwork, banks, inspectors and me! Perfect person for me, kept me on track and got it done! Actually a year later after my home warranty company didn't renew the policy(Maybe a few more than average claims?) she actually heard about that and on her own made a call and the next day called me out of the blue and said it was reinstated for another year! Who does that? Overall I highly recommend Dart Reality obviously! I can say I might have got the better end of the deal after all the issues they dealt with and work they put in! John D read more

I really appreciate all the hard work and effort my PM Brian Ferguson has done to get my property stabilized and positive. This was after a very bad experience post closing from the agents (not Sayland) and other parties involved in my purchase literally dropped the ball and started off which was supposed to be a turn key, fully tenanted and smoothly running property - a nightmare from the beginning. It took a couple of years - but Brian and Sayland have it all going well now and I trust and feel confident in them. Brian even takes the effort to get to know all the tenants individually and knows everything about the property that he should. Being an out of country investor, I really have to trust and rely on them. When I was able to finally visit the property in person last year - the tenants spoke so highly of Brian. I really feel a partnership and teamwork with Brian / Sayland. I will definitely consider using them as my agent / broker also if I buy another property in the area, not just as a property manager. I had the pleasure of have doug as our agent for our recent house search and purchase. He listened to everything we wanted and didn't want ( it was a lot) and was able to find us our perfect house. In this current housing market there are usually multiple offers on houses. Doug found ways to make our offers more appealing, most were out of the box ideas and they worked. I am someone that likes no bs and doesn't like the "salesman" tactics. I was very happy to not see any of that in doug, it made things very easy!! Emma Tovar, kind sweet and knows her stuff. I had a hard time relaying to other realtors exactly what i was looking for but she understood everything and communication was great. I will miss exploring houses with her it was fun and she answered all my questions and was so patient when i didn't understand the real estate business. It was a pretty easy process compared to past houses i purchased and they closed escrow in time for us to enjoy the holidays in our new comfy "gramma house" as my granddaughter calls it.
