Have had a friend go there, heard nothing but great things. Absolutely love the concept and how they do things there.

The counselors here truly care about you and your recovery. I've been at this a while, and although…read moreI have my own resentments toward a few things here (the fact that it ate away at my life savings) I can honestly say that it has turned my life around. Everyone who works here is a team, and that can sometimes be a blessing and a curse-- NOTHING is hidden from anyone here. But let's be honest, that's a good thing, especially if you are an addict who has devoted to a life of hiding. As far as living at this facility, it truly did help me turn my life around a little bit. Price aside, I enjoyed it. The food could be better but it is not terrible; the salmon is actually some of the best I've had. It's not "prison-like" as some might say, yes it's structured but that is because we lack structure and need it. Finally, a shoutout to Jessica, the most hardworking and compassionate counselor I've ever met. And Steve in maintenance, who remembers everyone by name and goes out of his way to genuinely offer help to anyone. This is a great place to start over, provided you have the finances to do so. Insurance does help.

When I was there a bunch of people, maybe 7 of us, including me all drank alcohol, and only me and…read morethis girl were kicked out for some reason. The others got 2-3 chances when we all should've gotten the same punishment, whatever that may be. I was also told I would be allowed back if I went back to residential, same with another guy who got kicked out for the same reason. He was one of the guys who got multiple chances, and was allowed back in after going back to residential, and I was not, even though I was told I would be. The staff who run the fellowship (especially Brett who pretends to be your friend and then talks bad about you to other staff and even patients) lied to me about being able to come back, and constantly lies about other things too. I ended up relapsing the day I got out (which I know is on me, but I should've gotten more support and help figuring things out) and my counselor at impatient didn't help me find a new good sober house and basically said you're on your own, good luck. That same guy who was allowed back in when I wasn't, now has gotten kicked out from St. Paul Hazelden/fellowship twice and is getting allowed back for a third time!! Yet I am still not allowed back, even though I'm back in residential now and it's been over 7 months. They pick and choose who to punish and what to do to them when people break the rules in the exact same way. I'm almost certain it was because of my valid, appropriate, humanitarian beliefs and outlooks on what is happening in the world. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are a caring person who is anti-genocide and/or a human rights advocate who speaks up (without being offensive, racist, or "antisemitic") about what Zionism has done to our world. I'll say it again, yes I understand that I deserved to be punished, but they pick and chose who to punish and treated me harsher than anyone, and spoke to me as if I was a "lesser human." Also half of the groups were just going though our start of group questions and feelings for an hour and a half everyday. I barely got anything from group there, the only help I got was from other patients, not any of the staff. Everything was redundant and recycled over and over just like at Hazelden Plymouth. Please go somewhere else, almost anywhere is cheaper and you'd most likely get more help and support out of the groups. You also can get in trouble and punished, even kicked out, for missing your meds on 3 or more different occasions. 1/5 star rating. They get one star just because of some of the things we are aloud to do and amenities they have there.

United Family Dental Office:…read more If you had asked me three years ago about this place I would have given it 100 stars if I could. But in the last 8 months, I have noticed a drastic change in the way they treat their patients. After doing everything they have asked me to do over the past 2 years previous to this one, all the sudden now I have issues. It makes 0 sense tbh. What I see now is they no longer really communicate with you but rather demand that you have Xrays and come back more often. I just showed my most recent x-rays to a new random dentist that I had never been to from this dental office. Then I went and got a third opinion and both of the new dental offices said the same thing after reviewing the x-rays and taking a look at my teeth. What they see are coffee stains and no cavities whatsoever. I was told to come back for 3 different fillings at this place as I had " 3 small cavities". But 3 years ago when I started here I had a few issues ( 4 fillings ) and they did it all in one visit in like 1.5 hours. When I asked this last time why 3 visits they told me "it would take to long" to which I replied how come? And was told that is just how they do things. To make matters worse they purchased a special toothpaste for me without my consent and tried to charge me $20 + for what looked like sample tube that they give you after every cleaning. My advice is to stay clear of the dental office at this place. They are just trying to bill your insurance and make as much off of you as they can.

My daughter had been horribly ill for over a week and tried to get in to see a Doctor…read more They would only give her a phone consultation and prescribed antibiotics over the phone. She took the course of antibiotics and shortly after finishing she was ill again. This time they gave her an in person visit. They took labs and sent her home and told her they would need an additional sample. They said they would get back to her as soon as they had results. After another week they called on a Saturday and told her that she had a bacterial infection from food poisoning and then they prescribed more antibiotics. Within a few days she received another call telling her that she did not have food poisoning but that she had C.diff, extremely contagious and potentially lethal. This clinic is extremely irresponsible. I wouldn't sent anyone there under any circumstance. In January all of the Allina Doctors that practiced there left after a contractual dispute. The clinic did not notify ANY patients, they would simply say there Doctor was no longer at that clinic. IRRESPONSIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
