From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals.
