They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations. I was also able to relax, which I never would have done driving on my own with 4 boys into the city, and feel safe as we got to his party destination on time, and in style! When it was time to head out our driver was right there, ready to take us back home. There were waters and even gum - I could go on and on. I have used other transportation services in the area and they are fine - they arrive on time, we would get to where we needed to go but there was never any special touch despite it being so expensive. Everyone always says, you get what you pay for - but with Line Limo - we got WAY more than what we paid for - which by the way was significantly less than any other transportation service I contacted between Delaware Montgomery County PA and south NJ - including other KOP locations - we will recommend them to family/friends exclusively going forward. The limo was very large and made up of large cushions rather than specific seats, which was nice. Further, the walkway was very large as well and the food was high, so getting around was a breeze, especially compared to other party buses. The driver was professional throughout the time and arrived on time. The driver also got us to Lucky Strike very quickly. The bus also had some cool amenities including overhead party lights, a mini-refrigerator and a Bluetooth speaker. Many of the guests loved the speaker as they could connect music through their phones to the bus. Altogether, this is a great bus company with nice staff and amenities.

On the return, though takeoff had been delayed, we arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. I was concerned because my physical condition had altered and waiting would be difficult. The driver had already checked the flight and changes. He made the necessary changes to be in time, handled the baggage and my anxiety. Though it was almost rush hour, he still provided that comfortable, smooth and confident drive. I am not usually comfortable with other peoples driving. Since he was so late he drove up the shoulder, down the middle of opposing lanes, the wrong way down one ways. It was horrible and very dangerous. I was still very late. I finally got out about 3 blocks from where I needed to be and walked dragging my huge suitcase and bags to departures. The return back to my home was almost as bad. There was traffic. Just as I said there would be a week earlier. I waited an hour and fourth minutes past our agreed upon meeting time before the driver finally called and told me to walk three blocks dragging my bags to a random parking lot where he was waiting. Again with the weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off, just not as bad. The driver's attitude stunk. He was not apologetic. He had the opportunity to make up his lack of professionalism on the return trip and he just did the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't want someone else to have a bad experience like this, waste your money, almost miss your cruise, and be in danger with poor driving. Just not good.
