Replaced my 2008 Prius hybrid battery with Hybrid Restoration, and I've gotta say that I'm very pleased with the high level of service these guys offer. After I had scheduled things with Dante over the phone, the tech Brandon arrived on the date the following week and quickly did the work, putting the new battery in, and testing things. We moved the car back to where I park, and I settled up and he went on to his next job. I drove my car to run some errands, and BOOM, the hybrid battery warning lights came back on. I texted Brandon and called Dante to let them know. Brandon came back, and Hybrid Restoration gave me another (lower-warrantied) battery that he had for the other job, just to keep me running, with the understanding that they would be back the following week with the longer-warrantied battery that I had paid for. However, they actually came back two days later, with the new battery and installed it. Fantastic! The replacement takes 30-45 minutes . . . not the 4 hours the dealer wanted to charge me for their replacement. Watching Brandon work is an exercise in precision! He did a great job every time he had to take my car apart and put a battery in. Haha! I'd highly recommend Hybrid Restoration. Dante always answers the phone, and is always on top of things. I have a Toyota Prius C that I got to 322,000 miles on the original batteries. I'm thinking that's a record myself. This was my third Prius so I knew how to watch the battery charge up and down. I knew it was time for new batteries. A friend who retired as service manager at Kirk Toyota in Grenada MS referred me to Hybrid Restoration. He said he had good service from them in the past.. I called and talked with Dante who was most helpful over the phone and answered all my concerns about spending money on a vehicle with 322,000 miles. I'm in south western Indiana and when my 08 Prius gave me codes for replacing the hybrid battery I called up Hybrid Restoration. I initially wanted a new battery pack but with 2 kids I couldn't wait on the uncertainty of the supply chain. I opted for the refurb with 5 year warranty. I was in luck because they had a technician scheduled to be 50 miles from me the next day. The tech arrived on schedule in my driveway and swapped my battery in 45 min. I tested the battery life the next day with the Dr. Prius app and it indicated the battery had 113% of its life left and was classified as new (obviously). My car was down for a total of 31 hours; from the time I got the red triangle to the time I drove out of my garage after repair. read more

Had dealer tell me that I needed to replace the hybrid control module and will cost $1,800. Contacted Hybrid Restorations and Was told that they could replace the module for $200. Dante drove to my house in Franklin, TN, determined that the module was not the problem. He ended up replacing my hybrid battery which he had installed one year ago. Since it was still under warranty there was no charge. Dante is the best. Don't call the dealer if your hybrid system warning lights come on; call hybrid restoration. read more

With a dealer checkup and 13 different codes, they reported 8 to 10 hours of shop labor and over 8k in parts with 1 year warranty , i called Hybrid Restoration. Ali came to my house and found only 2 codes then replaced my hybrid battery in less then a hour and everything is working as when new, with a 3 year warranty.
