Supply chain issues beyond anyone's control caused a multiple week delay of the part that was needed to fix my work vehicle. However, the staff here kept me well informed of the progress. This business is, by far, superior in numerous ways to how many of today's car dealerships' shops now operate. It's like a breath of fresh air to be able to deal with highly competent, ethical, and caring people. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . They terribly overcharged initially to charge up my AC and put freeon in it, then a week later my same issue occurred and what seemed like should have been covered by the warranty from the initial visit was not at all covered. Tried to charge me again for "an inspection" a week after already "fixing my problem" and only removed the charge because I brought up that I was essentially getting double charged for that. As it always goes, what seems cheap initially will always end up costing more. Their supervisor, Mike, is pretty arrogant, not friendly at all. Kind of a pain to work with.
