I have a cockalier that has has a terrible experience at a pet hotel. Since then she shakes every where I take her for a service. Not at Splash and dash, she happily prances in is greeted, treated and groomed to perfection. My other dog a rescue still a bit skiddish as well after the bad pet stay last summer. Oddly enough he seems calm there and when he's not busy pulling cute dog toys off thier shelves.(which the staff never gets persnickety because of this. They are just super cool, well priced and mostly trust worthy with my dogs that I am ever so careful with. I don't dread leaving my dogs their because I trust they will be well groomed and well taken care of. Clearly the staff is doing something right.My dogs come out looking like they are ready for the 'Westminster dog show' smelling great with tails wagging. My only wish while I was spending time in Ga. was to find a place I could trust, they have exceeded my wish and my dogs are well groomed well treated and happy when they leave. In short when we boarded our dogs in January they both came down with Kennel cough and Ranger came back with a limp and still has that no one can tell me how that happened when I called. Pet Paradise did refund some of our money, gave us free nail trims because we were charged for them and they were never done and did discount a vet appointment for us. I do appreciate that but we should not have had to pay for the vet visit or their medication because our dogs came down with kennel cough. After the were over the kennel cough we brought them in to have their nails done and they did not due Ranger's back feet because they said he was biting. We have never had this problem ever when we have brought them to you or any other vet. or groomer. The guy groomer you have is great and he has never said anything about Ranger, no has for that matter. I believe the girl who was there that day just did not want to fool with him. The groomer there that day was a girl. Fast forward to this past weekend. I wanted to bring my dogs in for a nail trim like we always have. I was told that 2 of their vaccines had expired and we could not bring them because of that they could not be taken back or could not even come into the lobby. I respect the rules, but my dogs were allowed to contract kennel cough while they were there. This was Gunnar's second time catching kennel cough. My husband got involved and we were refunded our money for our last stay which I appreciate, what I DO NOT appreciate is us being told that Ranger could not come back until he was trained. Our dog is trained, he has stayed there a couple times and did the Meet the Family and there is absolutely NOTHING, I mean NOTHING on his report card or any other time indicating he was not trained. I really take offense to this statement. My husband even told whomever he spoke with, well you have things back there to keep from biting if you think he is. We have always been pleased with Pet Paradise until these past 2 times. I will never bring my dogs there again for the mere fact that now I do not believe they will be taken care of from the issues that we have had. I do not trust Pet Paradise and I will not be referring anyone else to your establishment. If someone would have responded to my email back in February, this could have all be resolved. I will be giving a bad review just so you know. My fur babies are just that, my babies and they will not be treated disrespectfully or for us to be told that Ranger bites which HE DOES NOT! And I know that I will not get a response here either.

Nobody could tell me. I really wish there was a daycare that was not run by a big corporation close to home. I never had a problem when I was in NC for 6 months at a private place.
