Polly does a fantastic job with our dog Bruno. Her cuts are precise and he smells amazing when he comes home.

I've been going here for years and it's always been subpar but it's close to my job. The entire underside of his head has long, uneven, janky long patches. Every single piece is uneven with it's counterpart. He left a matt on his face. Random long pieces out of his ears. Random long pieces everywhere. One side of his snout is shaved close and the other isn't. There's shave marks all over his body, and he shaved his ears down. It's a shihtzu, that is not how you cut shihtzu's hair. I own a hair salon, I could have done so much better of a job. This was treated as an all over buzz down, not groomed. This is not a cut, style, or shape this is just a buzzed down hack job. I asked for a refund, he said he would "fix it". There's nothing to fix it's all hacked off. He said he doesn't give refunds, and as a salon owner I know that he could but just doesn't want to. I paid $135 for this for 2 dogs. Atrocious. I've never been amazed here, so this is not dog grooming, this is the dog buzz cut shop. If you don't care what your dog looks like, I guess go here. Oh, and he did not give them a bath, they came back smelling bad. So...just a hacksaw shave all over for $135, not fixable, and no refunds.

Definitely will be my go-to from now on for his grooming! Thanks Alejandro! See you next time!

They even sent me the cutest report card with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind and made my day! As a dog mom, leaving your pup somewhere new can be nerve-wracking, but after seeing how happy and well cared for Indy was, I feel completely confident about his first boarding stay next week. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to love the dogs they care for. I'm so glad we found Wag Atlanta and can't wait for Indy to go back!

After contacting their on-site management team to inform them that my 3 yr old and 4 month old frenchies had pneumonia and tested positive for coronavirus immediately following their visit to their facility, They tried to blame it on my dogs receiving faulty vaccinations that failed them. No accountability, no suggestion of a refund and a blanket "sometimes that happens when they socialize with other dogs". My dogs are socialized and have been to other facilities! 100% blame on a vaccine that my 3 year old has been receiving from the same vet for 3 years! And he was the sickest out of the 2. For a place that's supposed to care for and love animals I was appalled at their lack of care or concern for mine. It was instant blame on their vaccines. A direct quote from Wag Atlanta "we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the Bordetella vaccine Prince and Cassius received to let them know that their vaccine failed. Vaccine manufacturers will often cover the medical expenses on a failed vaccine"! This is absurd !! No Cheyenne they got sick from your establishment. If you want to spend over $500 boarding your fur babies and another $2500 in Vet bills after you pick them up.... Then this is the place for you! Shameful.

And because it can be either six or twelve months I called and was on hold for a bit. Tiffany was great about it She was able to clear things up, give me a tour, explain how the facility operated and get my little fella settled. When I left I was able to see my little guy from their cameras. One thing I liked about Pet Paradise is their kennel sizes. The are oversized and have plenty of room to roam around when not in the play area. Actually two separate areas with one where they can see their neighbors and the opposite side where they can have privacy with a place to lay down, get water and just relax. When I came back to pick him up I learned he did pass the temperament test. Buy when I asked how he did Rachel informed me she did not know. I was told I would be getting one more free day because I should have had a folder to take with me telling me about his day. The folder was missing. So I will return and with such a great experience I can see checking them out again.

He gets it right every single time, no exceptions. My dog gets a lamb cut, which requires way more than just clippers it takes serious precision and skill with scissors, and Jay absolutely nails it. The attention to detail, the consistency, and the care he puts into his work are unmatched. People literally stop me all the time to ask who her groomer is, and I always send them straight to Jay that's how good he is. You can tell he genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. Finding someone you trust with your dog is everything, and Jay is that person for me. If you're even considering booking with him, do it. He's worth it.

I wanted to love the service but it just didn't work out…read more I moved to Atlanta in 2023 and lived on a different side of town for the initial six months. I found a groomer that I love but wanted to find one closer to where I purchased my home. I called this place at the time and they weren't familiar with my dog's breed so I opted not to take her there. Fast forward a year later, I call them back because I wanted to finally avoid the commute to Cheshire Bridge. To my delight, BIS let me know they now have a groomer who specializes in doodles so I decide to book the appointment. Unfortunately, the first time I brought her for a bath, she came back with a rash or hot spot on her back paw. She had never had a hot spot up until that point, and she was three. We discussed it could be the shampoo but it was concentrated to one paw, so that didn't quite make sense. The second time I brought her the hair cut was not to my liking and I paid even more than I do for our groomer who consistently does a fantastic job. So, although I appreciate that they found a doodle groomer, she just isn't the one for us. **Also, they may want to ask if the bow or the bandanna is the preference for each dog, b/c not every female dog wears bows. Just a heads up.
