I 100% DO NOT recommend ever working with this company! They are uneducated, don't know their…read moreproduct, falsely advertise, recommend the wrong product, and then when you pay the money and install it, they don't stand behind any of the so-called "lifetime warranties". I am disabled and full-time in a power wheelchair. I live on a low income. My original floors were getting pretty bad so I went into Floor & Decor and met with their so-called "flooring expert" for their recommendation. I told them I often come in after it's been raining with wet wheels and that I have two older dogs that sometimes have accidents. They recommended to me a product that advertises it is "100% pet proof", "100% waterproof", and the highest rating for durability, being an "AC5". It also claims to have a "lifetime" warranty. I decided to spend the money and replace my flooring because I wanted something that I no longer had to worry about ruining. The flooring was not even in for two weeks when my 6 pound Yorkie missed his little pee pad and got some on the floor. It caused the flooring to delaminate and bubble at the seams where it got on it. I called them and expressed my concern so they sent out a third-party flooring inspector. When that inspector was here, he told me that the product should not have failed like this and that it was faulty. He also asked me if I ever confirmed that this flooring was rated for a power wheelchair. I told him I went by what the expert told me, but never checked for myself. Upon later, checking, it turns out this flooring IS NOT recommended for power wheelchairs because of the torque and the twist of the wheels when you turn and stop. It says overtime the planks will begin to shift and separate at the seams. After I made a claim to Floor & Decor first just about the delamination from where my little 6 pound dog had an accident, they later said they are not responsible for it because the flooring does not guarantee against "pet urine". I asked what part of "100% pet proof" and "100% waterproof" does this not qualify under? Nowhere on the box or in the paperwork inside does it ever specify anything about urine. Obviously, in hindsight, their expert had no idea what they were talking about. I wanted something waterproof, pet proof, and rated for a power, wheelchair and the product I was sold on, paid for, and had installed, apparently meets none of those requirements! Then I tried to simply get this resolved and they basically told me I was up Schitt's Creek because they don't stand behind their products and their so-called experts are allowed to be out there telling lies and falsely advertising what the product says it does. Never ever deal with this company or their crappy ass products and stupid people in your life! You will thank me later! Go to Lowe's or Home Depot where there are much less expensive products, but you have to do your own research. Apparently, even when you go to the experts, you still have to do your own research, which I failed to do and now they won't stand behind! Again, in summary, never ever ever ever trust these people or deal with these people or give them any of your money! They are liars and crooks who do not stand behind their products and are happy to take advantage of handicapped people on low incomes!

She went out of her way to show me other options at the same time of picking out a tile for me to take home and match. She never asked me to do any survey or anything, however I said to her and the cashier that I wanted to write a refernce/survey on the incredible service I received. I went to pick up the order we placed late before they were closing and the employees were very helpful and packed up my order quickly. Getting me in and out of the store with tile loaded in my truck in just 15 minutes! Grateful for Chris and James whom operated the forklifts the with careful precision loading the tile into my truck.

I wish I would have listened to all of the bad reviews. They installed a countertop with a crack in it and we have been trying for 3 months to get someone to take responsibility. Today, an official denial letter was issued saying cracks are normal in granite countertops. The crack completeley encircles the corner of the countertop and leads to a deeper crack in the countertop edge. It does look like someone tried to seal the crack as there is a yellowing around the crack line. Sirett De La Cruz with Cabinets to Go is very condescending. She is very friendly before the sale is made but once they get their money they are done with you. We felt very rushed and pushed through the entire sale process and she even had the nerve to ask me to post a good review. Mercato Stone knows they installed a cracked countertop but they do not want to eat thousands of dollars and have been dragging us around for over 3 months. Do do business with Cabinets to Go!

when you sign their contract,realize that you are giving them permission to run your credit card…read morewithout you knowing it.When I called to make a payment and discuss a refund for 200 square feet in unopened boxes I was told that I didn't owe anything because they had already run my credit card without me knowing it. Ask to see floor when it comes in. They OK it and when you get it you realize that it doesn't look like picture or sample. Then you are told that there is a 30% return fee. Have an independent person measure your floor. I had over 500 square feet left over and when I measured and confirmed with layout of house , I realized that they measured wrong or they included a room that wasn't to have floor replaced. The reason I think that is because the floor layer called me at work to say he couldn't work there because there was too much stuff in it. That room had a large sign on the door saying no entrance. Owner said he would credit for unopened boxes but gave me a $100. Finally, not only are you paying for unused floor but you are paying for underlayment and labor for extra flooring. The only good thing was the person laying the floor did a good job and was very professional. I would use him again but never that company.
