STAY FAR AWAY FROM CABINTEST TO GO AND THEIR SUBCONTRACTOR MERCATO STONE! Cabinets To Go and Mercato Stone should not be trusted to provide good quality product or services. I wish I would have listened to all of the bad reviews. They installed a countertop with a crack in it and we have been trying for 3 months to get someone to take responsibility. Today, an official denial letter was issued saying cracks are normal in granite countertops. The crack completeley encircles the corner of the countertop and leads to a deeper crack in the countertop edge. It does look like someone tried to seal the crack as there is a yellowing around the crack line. Sirett De La Cruz with Cabinets to Go is very condescending. She is very friendly before the sale is made but once they get their money they are done with you. We felt very rushed and pushed through the entire sale process and she even had the nerve to ask me to post a good review. Mercato Stone knows they installed a cracked countertop but they do not want to eat thousands of dollars and have been dragging us around for over 3 months. WARNING!!! LONG PROCESS AND LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION.  Buyer beware! While I do not hold onto any hope this review will be read and considered by anyone at Cabinets To Go, I am submitting the review in hopes of preventing anyone from choosing this company without knowing what to expect.   On December 5, 2022, my parents picked out cabinets, which they were informed were always in stock and would only take 2 weeks to get from the time ordered and paid for them in full. I understand making partial payment or putting down a deposit so that products can be purchased; however, requiring full payment for services not yet rendered seems unreasonable.  They were told someone would be out to measure for cabinets in 2 to 3 days, and that if no one came in that time frame, my parents should call Cabinets To Go. No one came. My mom tried to call and sent an email. There was no answer and no reply. After many attempts to contact Cabinets To Go, she was finally successful in speaking to someone who told her they would have someone contact her. No one ever did. Finally, on December 30th, someone came to measure the cabinets. On January 31st, my mom texted the installer to inquire where they were on the list for installation. She was told they could do it on February 16th. The installer came on the 16th and asked where the cabinets were. My mom said she thought the installer would bring them. He told her Cabinets To Go should have delivered them. This is just an example of the lack of communication throughout this entire process as no one told her the order of events and what to expect. Later that same day, someone from Cabinets To Go in Tennessee called to say the cabinets would be delivered in 7 to 10 days.  The cabinets were delivered on February 24th and installed on March 7th.  I understand that things take time. My main issue with this company is the total lack of communication and consideration for their customers. If, after reading the reviews and the Better Business Bureau claims, you still decide this is the company for you, PLEASE get a contact phone number and test it out before leaving the facility! read more

Painful experience. This was our second visit which we made an appointment with Alex to place the order. Previously, we applied for a Cabinet To Go credit card and we were ready to place an order. When we get there Alex is over booked and someone else assisted us. We selected our cabinets, granite counter tops and drawer pulls, this took less that an half an hour. However, we were there for 2-1/2 hours and our order was not placed. They could not link out credit line to our order. In addition they were offering special terms of financing which our associate knew nothing about. They said they would get back to us when they figured this out. We left there very disappointed and without much hope for a call back from them. As anticipated no call back today so I called and couldn't get a sales associate in the store. The entire experience was painful considering the 2 1/2 hours and not having any resolution. All I can say is just WOW. read more

I have ordered and installed 5 kitchens and 1 Bathroom from cabinets to go. Every item I ordered was available and delivered to me within 2 weeks. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and also the customer service is right on. Kitchen specialist Joe Frisina was excellent on ordering all the items I needed and was precise on all the 3d renderings presented to me. My son also used cabinets to go and has the same opinion as I do. The hardware I ordered for all my cabinets were delivered as promised. I also had interaction with Sirett DE La Cruz who was very professional and helpful with additional orders that I purchased. Their service and attention to detail is no where to be found. You have to constantly follow up with them because their communication is non existent and finally, their products are sub par! I ordered an additional cabinet to match my kitchen.Color match was good, but when I installed the cabinet I found out cabinets to go were smaller doors, cheep finish and the cabinet was broke when I un wrapped it. the salesman should have offered his expertise on the match, after all he is an expert in the field, or I thought. these are poor quality at a 280.00 price for a 18 inch base cabinet. Not happy with the service or the product. Our rep was not communicative or helpful. There were long delays every time we asked for a callback. The white cabinets have brown shelving which to me is ugly and cheap. Why would there not be white shelving in a white cabinet? We ordered a pull-out trash can cupboard, and the instructions are not provided to use the cabinet as a pull-out. Alex, the manager; who was very confrontational, insisted that whoever is installing the cabinet should KNOW how to do a trash cabinet. I say the instructions for a trash cabinet should be provided. I know of a licensed contractor who did it wrong. These cabinets are expensive, and the service here is terrible. We won't ever be back and will warn everyone we know. read more

In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, we purchased cabinets from Sirette. She was a competent salesperson and even fun to work with. But, boy, once you write a check, you just don't exist anymore. Our cabinets were shipped a month late. And then when they got shipped, Cabinets Togo lost them in Fort Myers for a month. And Sirette would not help or return a call for weeks at a time. We purchased flat boxes and had to assemble the cabinets ourselves in an effort to save money. I needed a quote for my lender for full cabinets and install. Then my lender would release me more insurance money. This was a huge burden for Sirette. After 5 weeks of left messages and emails I was finally able to get Sirette on the phone. While on the phone, Sirette was able to comply with this burdensome request for me. In Less Than 60 Seconds on her computer. Way to go Sirette. Lining your pockets during a trying time for everybody is far more important than providing a little service to a paying customer. USELESS!!! And I am not even going to start in on the useless, milquetiast, POS manager who must spend 90 percent of his time hiding. We are happy with our cabinets. If I could give no stars I would. The absolute worst! I ordered 3 cabinets. I was told they were in stock and would have them in a week and half. I scheduled an install two weeks after that just for wiggle room. Well... the cabinets are supposed to be installed in 1 day and do not have the cabinets! I cannot get anyone to call me back to even give me a date or better yet cancel my order! Eric, the salesperson was trying to get me to pick them up myself despite my paying for and needing delivery. Called before driving 45 minutes to the store. We were told we wouldn't need an appointment for a design consultant. Drive to the store, all the staff members are on the phone. Nice gentlemen, (who was with a customer) acknowledged us and said someone would be with us soon. Female employee, finished a phone call walked past us to go to the back. When she returned we asked is she could help us. She said she had 4 designs she was working and couldn't help us. This has been a nightmare! When I ordered all my kitchen cabinets in October 2021, I was told they could only order what was in stock. Based on that I thought they would be delivered soon. After more than 6 months, most of the lower cabinets were in but two of the island cabinets were still unavailable and they didn't know when they would be. So I redesigned the island using two cabinets I had originally ordered and 2 other ones which would work but made the storage much less usable. The lower cabinets and a few uppers were delivered and I had them installed and the granite countertops. Now, much more that a year after I ordered the cabinets I am still missing most of the uppers and can't finish the kitchen and do the backsplash. The Fort Meyers store has confirmed they have the uppers now, but no one will return my numerous phone calls and arrange for delivery. Because of no response, I've been working with their Customer Care personnel who are in another state. The man I've been working with seems to be trying to resolve this but so far, no results. I'm afraid I'm going to have to get my lawyer involved and sue them. They have had my money all this time, but I don't have my cabinets. I'm 84 years old and want the kitchen finished while I have time to enjoy it. I love the cabinets but can't recommend Cabinets To Go. read more

I received most of the cabinets before Thanksgiving. I have 3 cabinets backordered, every time I call I get a different answer on when the cabinets will be in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered our cabinets in January 2022 after being told they were in stock. It is now 12/16/22 and we are two cabinets short, which is holding up our CO. We are being told we only are owed 1cabinet even though our Purchase Order clearly shows 2. We were forced to pay for delivery but literally have picked up all but one order from Fort Myers. No one at the Fort Myers location or at the Lawrenceburg, TN Customer Care Center feels the need to help and no one seems to be able to locate a supervisor. Good afternoon I am Contracter from Rhode Island. And moved. Here in cape May last year. Wife wanted new kitchen. Only problem I don't got a guy here like I would back home. Tried lots of places. Now I got a guy Barry proctor he made the whole process easier than dealing with big box stores like home crap hole and blows blows. Gave me good prices on cabinets steered me in the right places in my kitchen came out very nice. Of course you have to put them together. Which is relatively easy with A little skill . I over kill and glue everything But it's worth it in the end Got to say for Cabinets coming out of a box I had no problems with any of the cabinets other than my own dumb mistake of ordering the wrong size of one cabinet and Barry figured it all out without a problem and Cabinets were beautiful read more

Just had one of the most disappointing experiences ever... walked into the Fort Myers showroom, 3 associates were on duty and sitting at desks. Two of them said said hello, but not one got out of their seat or offered to wait on us or even ask if they could help us. We were looking to replace every cabinet in our our entire house and install all new countertops.... guess who's not getting our business. We will make sure to share this with everyone we know. We purchased a nice looking unit on display in the Fort Myers store. Dee the sales lady was pleasant and told us how great it was as the back was wide open so hooking up to plumbing would be easy. She also said the unit should be in by the following weekend. I had help with moving it lined up but received no phone call. On the Monday I called and was told it had arrived on the Friday. I asked why I wasn't emailed or called and instead of apologizing she made one excuse after the other. As far as ease of hooking up plumbing, what a joke!! The cabinet support and frame rail is at standard wall plumbing height and the centre section in front of it will have to be cut out to accommodate the trap between the drawers. I will now have to go out and purchase lumber to reinforce the back as most of the material will have to be removed. Even my 2 star rating is high as I've not done the modifications yet. This is not my first bathroom Reno and do your own research when purchasing any item as the sales person has no knowledge of issues like this. They need to be educated. Dennis Rennie read more
