They don't even deserve one star and that was the only way I could post this. I would NEVER hire Hydrotech Solutions. Beyond disappointed with Hydrotech Solutions...and I didn't even hire them. They were hired by our next door neighbors. They never once came over to tell us they were pressure washing, they never offered to cover our two cars that were parked in our driveway. We noticed they were pressure washing due to the chemicals that were hitting our house windows. So, we went outside to stop them and ask them why didn't they ask us to move our cars? Both cars were covered in white spots. Hydrotech Solutions said they were just water spots and they should disappear after a car wash. Ever since that day, the paint on both of our cars started to deteriorate. They blamed it on tree sap, even though our cars are not parked under trees. they refused to take responsibly for the damage they caused. I reached out to the owner Jennifer and Clint Reynolds. They tried to say it was only a $50 repair. They continued to want to bring random people to our home to inspect both cars. But they refused to allow a dealership to look at our cars. So, I got 3 estimates from 3 different dealerships and they ALL said it was caused by pressure washing chemicals. Jeniffer and Clint Reynolds refused to believe the damage that they caused. They both continued to say that the estimates from FORD and Subaru weren't from experts. So, we turned Hydrotech Solutions into our insurance company and the result was over $10,000 worth of damage. I would NEVER use this company. I wasn't even a customer! This company has no ethics and takes no responsibility for the damage they cause. They continue to make excuses and still to this day they haven't reimbursed us for the damage caused. Not to mention, paying out of pocket for a rental car and deductible. read more
