I have used multiple other hardscape/landscape suppliers in the area and you will get a much better product that is consistent in quality. I purchased 10 bags of salt and pepper granite from them, and they were caked in mud. I trusted that the product listed on the bag is what was actually in the bag. By the time we got the rocks down, they were still completely caked in mud and unidentifiable. Once we hosed them off we realized they were heavily contaminated with other colors and other types of rock. They looked horrible. It looked like someone just scooped up a bunch of random rocks of all shapes/sizes/colors and bagged them. Not at all what I had ordered. And if I could've seen them in the bag I would've stopped right there. But at this point we had them all down. Even pressure washed them and it just made the differences even more glaring. The only thing worse than the quality of their rocks is their abysmal customer service. I have called at least 4 times now, sent requested email documentation to 2 different people and am being continually stiff armed. I was blamed for not checking the rocks, not noticing beforehand, and laying them on top of old rocks. The old rocks you can't even see in the photos, everything on the top layer is their miscolored mismatched rocks. I was told I needed to talk to a manager to get a resolution yet the manager is magically never there when I call. I even asked to leave my number so she could call me, never did. I called and spoke to someone else who answered and they had no documentation on their end of the issue which leads me to believe absolutely nothing was escalated. Unbelievable. I just want a refund at this point because now I have to labor to remove all of their bad rocks then go buy new ones from a reputable supplier and lay them down again! If a manager would like to finally give me a call to resolve this I would greatly appreciate it. Gina at the front desk has and has had my number for weeks at this point and clearly has done nothing to help me.

He was able to make some recommendations for things I would have never even thought of (moving our stove down a few inches for extra drawers and building our fridge into the cabinets so we have more over fridge storage) and had our drawings to us immediately. He was up front about the pricing and we were able to pick and choose from options that met our needs but kept us within budget. The only real snag we hit was when my husband decided to go out on his own for places to buy granite from, but once we shopped from the list that Junior had given us things went a lot smoother. I was impressed with how organized everything was throughout the entire planning process. Junior gave us a timeline on when our work could begin and things went according to plan. The crew was friendly and worked really hard, they kept things as neat as you can expect from a kitchen remodel. Given everything I hear from other folks that have done kitchen remodels, I was braced for a lot of pain and delays, so I am pleased to report that things actually went faster than expected once I understood that the granite takes about a week to have cut after the cabinets are installed. We talked about differences, and I mentioned that we had terrazzo so we did not want tile. He did not know what terrazzo was. I told him thank you, I was not interested in the estimate and hung up. I am sorry but if a estimator/designer in FL does not know what terrazzo is, I have issues since this is the most common flooring that was used in the older homes.

Additionally, I've been struggling with rot issues around a pool closet that wasn't all that well designed. I filed a request with Mr. Handyman and Chad (the owner) promptly responded. Once again, I found Chad and the whole team at Mr. Handyman to be fantastic. He listened carefully to the concern, evaluated the issues and came up with the most cost-effective solutions.
