Talked to a couple of them but I knew, once we were in contact with Andrew and his staff, that he was the right attorney to work with. We were very fortunate to get his charges reduced. We felt like we were in great hands. He was honest, straightforward and on court day we could tell he was respected and liked by the court staff and sheriffs. My husband wishes we could give him 10 stars!

While my tickets were basic speeding tickets, Andrew was more than effective in getting the tickets dismissed and my driving record cleared. I imagine his services are that much more valuable for more serious offenses. He fully represented me and I never had to travel to court. Communication was regular and friendly from either Andrew or his administrative team. He has a good rapport with area judges, which helps to determine how he will argue your case. He even gives a repeat customer discount (though I wish I didn't have knowledge of that...). Don't forget to do your homework and follow through with any driving school programs he recommends. If you don't, Dawn will remind you! Disclaimer: Just drive safely...hopefully you'll never need Andrew at all!

I remember my first time walking into Nicole's office -- a scared mother of two, feeling alone,…read moreisolated, and scared. I had tried 6 months of mediation with my husband, trying to move towards an amicable divorce, and I was severely disappointed that mediation had not yielded more progress. In fact, it had made things more contentious, and I felt so drained and hopeless after every mediation visit. At that time, I felt that it was time to take it a step further and hire an attorney. From the moment I met Nicole, she was so helpful, understanding, and strong, and I felt brave and empowered knowing that I didn't have to fight this fight alone anymore. Nicole was prompt, honest, thorough, prepared, organized, diligent, determined, and helped to manage my expectations through this difficult process. She is incredibly ethical, fair, and grounded. She was able to catch a few technicalities on the opposing party's side, which helped us when we eventually went to court. My now ex-husband despised her in every sense throughout the divorce process (these situations tend to create a normal and healthy amount of resentment from one party towards the other). However, once things were finalized, he admitted to me that I definitely had the better attorney, that she did a great job in and out of court, and that he ended up despising his own attorney and wishing that he had hired someone as competent as Nicole. Due to the pandemic, many of my friends unfortunately were or are still in the process of divorce. I already knew that I had a great attorney in Nicole, but I found a higher level of respect for Nicole after hearing about their difficulties with their attorneys. It was easy to brag about Nicole, and although I hope to never work with her in this situation again, I find comfort in knowing that if I hit any other family-law-related issues, I can fall back on her to guide me through it. The situations which lead to having to find an attorney are stressful. The process of choosing an attorney to fit your personality/case is even more stressful. After going through the process of divorce for a little over 1.5 years with Nicole, I can honestly say that she drastically minimized the amount of stress which was placed on me, and she made the whole process as streamlined and straight-forward as possible. I'd hire her again, and recommend her to anyone, in a heart beat.

By the time I started to question her competency it was too late in the game. She was not open with me and argued mostly with me during a settlement agreement in order to get it done and move on. She did not fight for me at all. She also provided my financial information to the opposing attorney when it was not needed. The opposing council submitted incomplete interrogatories and provided outdated evidence that was not allowed. Pagliaro accepted this from the opposing attorney. I told her that they need to be held to the same standards as I am. Her response "the judge will see past that". I have made some poor decisions under her direction. Unprofessional behavior, poor representation, little communication, she would give advice and then she would get angry with me for taking it. Then deny giving it to begin with. She also has a tendency make technical mistakes. She makes the impression of someone who would stand her ground and someone who is will stand up for you. But in reality, she is all bark not no bite. Learn from my mistake, look somewhere else.

This case involved a serious mental health crisis, yet Jason completely ignored all of the medical records we provided. He never contacted Casey's doctors, never requested professional statements, and -- worst of all -- never discussed or developed any legal strategy with us. We were left devastated, unheard, and ultimately pressured into accepting a felony plea for a "written threat to kill," despite Casey having no history of violence and no intent behind the messages, which were sent during a manic episode. Jason gave the prosecutor everything he asked for. His only comment to us was, "I'm surprised there's no probation," as if the felony conviction was no big deal. He was rude, dismissive, unprepared, and unprofessional. He claimed to have experience with mental health cases -- only for us to learn that his past clients were institutionalized for up to 10 years. That's not the kind of "experience" he led us to believe he had. When I tried to explain the context of the text messages that led to the charges, Jason immediately labeled them "insane." I clarified that Casey was experiencing a manic episode due to untreated bipolar 1 disorder -- not acting with criminal intent -- but he insisted it was "the definition of insanity." This was our first real conversation after two months of silence, and he opened it by calling my son insane and the messages "awful," showing zero understanding of mental illness. At the plea hearing, he never once mentioned Casey's bipolar disorder or the manic episode. Instead, he told the judge it was "the stress of being an Amazon driver" -- ignoring the actual, documented medical evidence we gave him. That felt like a dagger to the heart. Jason clearly gave up on the case early and told us he wouldn't win at trial -- even though the case was defensible with a proper mental health-based strategy. No fair judge or jury would have convicted Casey. Jason Pelt is a "pitch and ditch" lawyer. He took our money and gave up on my son before the case even began. Don't make the same mistake.

I sent it over to Mike (this time, more irritated than worried). I KNOW I'm in good hands, I stressed alot less after having him. We finally appeared for the judge to decide if we need to go to trial again, Mike shut it down immediately. He was slick and smooth and knew exactly what to use. It was literally magic. No shit. I had to literally jump for joy once the court room's doors closed. Mike was happy that I was happy and I saw it right then and there, he gave a shit. Not only cause WE won but because he made his client happy. I've heard horror stories about Lawyers costing people an arm & a leg and still not being happy with results. That wasn't the case- Mike was very reasonable and honest. I appreciate that. He was very upfront about the costs of things and didn't bs around it. I'm VERY happy with what I received and it was worth every penny. He truly does provide quality service. All BS aside, Mike knows what he's doing. Stop stressing, make your life easier and just hire him. You WON'T regret it. I promise! Now understand this is in the courts hands and all depends on the mood the judge wakes up in but Mike is your best fucking chance. He will ALWAYS be my go to. ALWAYS. Thanks again Mike, for everything! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you
