They were all about the money and not the patients care.They should be ashamed of theirs theirselves for what they did to me. I will never go back there again!!! That was horrible! I came in for nail infection. A technician came in and trimmed my nails but not at my request. After waiting 40 minutes without the arrive of the doctor I left as I had an important appointment elsewhere to attend. I informed the front desk with disgust and explanation. Later, My Medicare Insurance was billed and a charge for nail trimming. I have refuted the charges. As a result of my complaint Medicare was reimbursed but my nail trimming was not. I am glad I was vigilant about the unethical billing. Overall the treatment/professional ethics and customer care was horrible for me. I would NOT ever return to Cortez Foot and Ankle and advise others to avoid as well! One star is a generous gift rating.
