After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. An hour or so before the appointment time, Javier texted me and apologized, saying that he was running late and gave me a new estimate time that he was arriving at the house, which was going to be a couple of hours later than the original time. I very much appreciated the update. About 45 minutes from the appointed time, Javier texted me to tell me that he was on his way, in about 30 minutes. Javier arrived on time and replaced the seal and windshield in a timely manner.
