There were a few zip tie issues in front of block, but easily fixed. Looking forward to getting my long tubes done there. I never thought I'd be, "that guy" to leave a one-star review to a business. This company has THE WORST customer service. This is a long review but will save you headaches. I made an order to Hypermotive and after ten days of no update I emailed the sales manager, Adam, about potentially getting an update and to inform him that the voicemail inbox to the main customer service line was full. After two days from first emailing him, he sent me a tracking number and informed me they were waiting for spectrum to set up their phones. After the scheduled delivery date had passed and my package didn't show up, I tried to call their main contact line again but with no success. Apparently, they don't want spectrum to fix the phones to their business? At the two-week mark I emailed Jason, the owner/operator of the company, with my current situation. I told him I understand that they do not make the product and do not physically ship the item, they are simply just a broker. He responds with a screen shot from the company that will actually be shipping it, essentially telling me that they NEVER SHIPPED MY PACKAGE THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING WEEKS FOR. I reply to Jason only to receive NOTHING back AND HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER. This gives me the impression that Jason feels as if this has nothing to do with him? After knowing that there is an issue with a customer, I receive NO CALL OR EMAIL ASKING IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER OR APOLOGIZING FOR THE RIDICULOUS DELAY. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother, and I gave myself a safe 2 weeks to have it delivered in time. Unfortunately, it did not. They sat with my $225 and the owner did nothing to help my situation, especially after knowing I couldn't call to ask them for help. I've been debating on making this review for the last month or so ... at first, I was happy with this shop. However, I was told before purchasing my new short block that it would have a 3-year warranty .. Then it went down to one year warranty (should've been a red flag there) ... at pick up it was oh sorry we can't get a warranty for your car because the vins won't match.... We bought our gen 2 block back for 500$ , get home an see that we really didn't need a new motor when the pistons could've been changed an been fine... so they had me spend way more than i needed to but I chunked that up to well least we have another motor we can build it an put it in something else.. howevera month or so later we are replacing the intake manifold an see they did a IMRC lockout ... we didn't know they did they this ... an only did it on one side .... To top it all off they did it with a damn zip tie.... which works until it doesn't .... the damn injectors they put back in was tore to hell an back all but one o ring damanged .. I mean what was a few hundred more at this point.... I spent almost 8 grand to be ripped off .. What was it because im a female? ill never send them another car of mine or refer anyone EVER .!!!!!! read more
