If you want empathy, go find someone else. Expect to be blasted with unfair and unkind criticisms, and piles of misunderstandings. Don't expect to get a word in edgewise when she's ranting about what she mistakenly thought you said because what do YOU know. Definitely not a therapist for someone vulnerable, or in any kind of crisis. Not a good match for the therapy first timer. She is a wonderful challenge for folks who enjoy being treated like absolute shit when they're already struggling. Aw -don't be such a baby.

Shea, said she wouldn't be treating us anymore (even tho we both came in with an open mind to get help). Before all this I felt like I was getting treated differently, idk if it was the fact that im Puertorrican and my fiancé British but it definitely felt like it was a racial issue. Im really disappointed, we spent quite a bit of money here for NOTHING. can't believe I went for second time to this place with my fiancé obviously, cause we are to trying fix our relationship for some communication problems, and this people treat me awful I can't stop crying they told us I'm the problem (since the first visit I can see she didn't like me (racist) cause I'm Latin woman ,, Dr. Frances P. Shea point me and told my fiancé I'm the problem and if he still think marry me and they cannot give us another appointment ..
