She trained under Dolores Canon and has been doing this work since the '90s. With almost 30 years experience I knew I'd be in good hands, and I was correct. Her demeanor is as calming as her voice, she is grounded, and I got the sense she enjoys her work and wants to best for every person that works with her. Mayra offers 4 hypnosis packages on her website that are all very reasonably priced for someone with her expertise. I chose the QHHT session which is in person only. I went to her office which is spotless, comfortable and calming with a cozy reclining chair, blankets, soft music, and candles. The session I chose takes a about 4 hours on average because it includes an interview portion that is helpful to get you relaxed and focused. I was very nervous when I arrived, but once I got there and starting chatting it was easy for me to slowly relax and slip into my hypnosis session when it was time to begin. Once I was hypnotized I was able to visit 3 lifetimes that were clear and full of information. I recall being surprised in the begining because I was seeing the details of lives I've lived with real details I would research later. Then I met my spirit guides and that was amazing too. She emailed me a full recording of my session minus the induction part and I still go back an listen to it often. One of the things I appreciate about her process is all the preparation she does before your sessions. A few months in advance she sent me a detailed email that included a meditation and dietary guidelines to do the week leading up my session. The meditation and diet are a game changer. I recommend taking these seriously. Then a few weeks before we had a 20 minute pre-hypnosis Q and A where she outlines what to expect and answes all your questions. No one else does this prep work and I think it's why her sessions go so smoothly. Before choosing her, I watched several of her TikTok hypnosis clips and full length videos on her YouTube page. All shared with permission from her clients. I plan on working with Mayra at least once a year going forward.

But I was also curious and had an open mind to try it out for the first time. The environment, for the session, was very helpful. It was a comfortable and a non-distracting space. As I was told to lay on my back, close my eyes, and relax. The hypnotherapist's calming voice instructed and helped myself to enter a subconscious mindset. I was asked questions by her that I wanted to know while in this hypnotized state. After the session was complete, I felt a heavy weight was lifted.
