Came in at 11:30 only 2 bank tellers and no one to assist me to open a new account. Told me she was…read moreon a lunch break for 40 mins. Told me to come back I come back at 4pm and is told it is too late to open account and I was unaware of this. I told her I needed to open an college account then told her my age and she said I'd have to open an high school account. I told her on their website college accounts are 17-24 and she like oh well I guess you can have an college account. These employees are a joke. Will not be coming back to this branch.

This credit union is horrible. They took over Malheur Federal Credit Union. In the 15 years with…read moreMFCU I had no problems but since Rouge took over I have had 11 major problems including 2 hacked credit card and 3 hacked debit cards, payment made to the wrong account, credit card issued with the wrong security code on them. They have no security over their accounts. Just got notified that my debits card has been hacked again. Time to find a new bank
