The quality of nail art they do is amazing! Clean facility, great staff! The only place I will go!

My mom and I were looking for a new nail salon. This place had 4 stars and I can definitely see why. Salon was clean and they had a beach/vacation video playing with claming music. Everyone was very sweet. Something to note though, theres currently only 3 people working; as they just re-opened. Walk-ins may be a little hard to do, so I suggest making an appointment like my mom and I did. While getting my nails done, there's a couple things I want to note so I made a list. - Before they were ready for us, they sat us down and asked if we wanted some water. I have never been asked if I wanted water. It was very sweet of them to ask while we were waiting. - I was nicked with the drill. She immediately asked if I was okay and apologized. I don't see this as a big deal but if this is something that is to you, just be aware. I was also shaking my leg so it may also just be on me. - While painting the stars on my nails, she really took the time to make them as good as she could. She restarted if she thought it didn't look right. I appreciate the effort and time she took to make sure my nails came out as good as she could make them. - I read about free shoulder massages in the reviews and I thought there was no way they did that, but while my hands were drying for the final time, she came around and did my shoulders. It was a solid one too, she really put effort into that aswell. - After my hands were dried, she put on oil and lotion and i also got a little hand massage too. Nice little surprise, definitely wasn't expecting a hand massage as well as a shoulder massage. I will note there were other people while my mom and I were there and the two ladies bounced between people, making sure everyone is getting tended to, they definitely work hard. If you like having the same person throughout the appointment, I would wait until they hire more people to go. I myself don't see this as a problem. I'll definitely be returning, my mom and I found our favorite nail place. Definitely would recommend. read more

Overall awesome service! I called same day to ask if they had availability to which they were able to squeeze me in. The employees were very nice and the salon was very calming. The pedicure was good (I could have had a bit more callus removal and deeper massage) but was overall relaxing. I loved Hyundai nails! I went on a Friday afternoon and it was only me and one other person there. It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The salon was clean and they had a great variety of nail polish colors to choose from. I upgraded from a basic pedicure to one that did callus removal which was great. The entire pedicure took about 40 minutes for $40 and did not feel rushed. While my nails dried they gave me a nice 5 min shoulder massage that felt quite nice and I would go back for and get a 10 minute massage. I got the pedicure a week ago and the polish has stayed nicely with no chipping. I would definitely recommend this little salon for a pedicure at a great price. read more

A friend and I went here for pedicures after reading the Yelp reviews. I wanted a good pedi where they scrub and you feel like they're putting in some work. My feet needed it. It was $30 for a regular pedi which includes a paraffin wax dip. We called ahead for appointments the day of, but still had about a 15 minute wait between time my friend sat and I was seated. After watching my friend's very quick pedicure, I opted for the $20 mini pedi which does not include the wax because I was already disappointed and not willing to spend more money. Most of the time spent on her was on the paraffin and light massage, not cuticles or soles of the feet. I would not recommend this place and would not return. Everything was done in about half the time it should have and with the gentlest effort. I think she ever so lightly scuffed my feet on a little buffer for legitimately 30 seconds each. I don't think it made any difference and was certainly no more than I could do at home. I had to speak up to ask for my water to be hotter. Had to for her to cut my nails. Then she tried to do the wax dipping until I explained a second time I wasn't paying for the regular pedi. At the end she sat me at a manicure table without asking if I wanted one and I had to get up and go sit at a dryer. The staff barely spoke to us at all. The salon appeared clean. I watched them light wipe out the tub, but also saw her put tools in a sanitizer. There was light music and one woman got a plastic cup of Franzia, but my friend and I weren't asked. There's a decent selection of nail colors and a variety of brands. She did a nice job painting my toes neatly but filed them so lightly just a little swipe on each toe. While I sat at the dryer, she did offer me a back massage for about 2 minutes. It was deep and had great pressure. It was the best part of my visit. But then my friend, sat next to me for 10 minutes and no one came to offer her a massage! My experience just disappointing over all. I don't feel like my feet had a pedicure, more just someone gently washed my feet and painted my toes. I could have done that myself. read more

Great place for adult nail care. The pedicures $30 for basic, manicures, waxing and chair massage are all high quality. Sometimes the polish chips easily. Kids pedicures are kind of pricey, $20. The place is run by South Korean people who are very clean and hard working. You should call for a weekend appointment. I used to come here a lot. They have always been super nice but the wait for your appointment even though you had one scheduled was never on time and you would always have to wait. They will also start your nails and stop to start someone else's. Whether it's a manicure or pedicure, the nail tech would always jump around. I have also noticed that they re use their foils. The foils are used to soak gel or dip polish off. Some had new foils in there but you can tell the crumbled up ones were reused, almost as if they tried to flat them out. I went last week for a gel manicure and someone else's nail clippings were left on the table on a paper towel. I thought that they would have thrown it away, no! They just put a new paper towel on top, gross. The pedicure tub didn't have plastic like they used to have. This place has gone down hill. It's pretty sad to see them like that. read more

Save your time and money!!!! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. We went there today to get our nails done. I was part of a wedding party and they took FOREVER!!! We booked the appointment over a month ago. On top of taking forever they didn't even really tend to the bride. It's supposed to be her big day and she was constantly being ignored. There were nine girls total and we were there for 3 1/2 hours!!! They kept taking walk ins and leaving us sitting in the chair with no one doing our nails. What's the point of making an appointment? They were really expensive and he was rude. He was snappy and very rough with me. My toes don't even look good. It looks like I painted them myself. He didn't even scrub or remove the dead skin from my feet or toes :( I hate my nails!!! I was charged $95 and that's not including tip!!! I have a French manicure with uv gelish polish (I think that's what he called it) for my nails and no design on my toes. I have no idea why it was so expensive, my friend said I should go back, but I was so over that place I just wanted to get out of there. Go somewhere else, anywhere else but this place. I've been going to Hyun Nails for years. Most of the time it was a wonderful experience. This time not so much. I've always been impressed with their cleanliness. In FL the salons put a liner in the foot soaking tub. I thought this was excessive until I saw the girl clean out the seat next to mine with a squirt of hand soap on a sponge. She never came back and applied any disinfectant or antibacterial solution before the next customer. But the pictures are worth a thousand words. You shouldn't leave the salon with bloody feet. BTW I paid for the top of the line spa pedicure. Sadly, I'm done with them. read more

I like this place. It's quick and near me. I walk-in and they always take me right away to get my fingernails and toenails painted for $18 not including tip. Staff is nice. They hurt my thumb terribly. I have delicate cuticles but I've been told I have a pretty high pain tolerance. It's not uncommon that I'll end up with a cut around my nail bed, but the girl who did my nails continued to cut, fuss and bother my nail. When I say "ow, it hurts, please stop that", I expect the person to stop. Especially when I say it stronger the second time. The woman put pure alcohol DIRECTLY on my thumb and HELD it there twice- very painful. This spot had come recommended, but I could not encourage anyone to come here: the towels for the pedicure did not look clean-maybe they just had stains? And the woman who did my nails butchered my nail. I was not offered a reduced price- the concern seemed more focused on making sure I WOULDNT ask for a service price change. Unacceptable, and bad service. EDITED TO ADD: I went back today and asked for a refund. They did refund me the cost of the gel manicure so I've changed my rating. read more

Originally from the area but have since moved. I had never been here and am usually not impressed with salons in the area. I was pleasantly surprised after taking a chance and coming here. I got a gel manicure and had a large variety of colors and brands to choose from. There was music/ magazines/ a TV to choose from. I got a great massage after my manicure! They even have me a small bottle of there lotion as a New Years gift! The issue I had was that they use the buffer for my cuticles. I'm picky/old school and don't like buffers. I also think the polish is a little sloppier at the root of my nail because she didn't use a brush to smooth the lines. I paid about 37 but got a little design which I believe is quite pricey. Powder dip manicure looked pretty and seemed strong when finished, but cracked almost immediately (within 24 hours). The chair, table, and wrist pad were not cleaned between myself and the client before me - I know this because I watched her leave and there were shavings from sanding her nails still on the table and paper towel when I sat down and throughout my manicure. It was also a relatively painful experience. I had 2 cuticles bleeding when I left and spent most of the time wincing as my nails were sanded down to the skin with the drill. Got my lashes done and they came out awesome! I have gone other places and they were either super expensive or "reasonable" but I had issues - like what issues? Well lets just say Lucy did my lashes and I had zero burning, zero sticking together and could not see any clue when completed. They look absolutely amazing and they said my fill should be done in about 3 weeks. Reasonable and enjoyable! On top of the overall awesome look and pain free application, at the end, while drying - she did scalp/around the eye type of massage which just was an added bonus! All other places use a dryer of some sort or leave the room. Best Experience ever! (I have barely had lashes to work with, they look great now) Can't wait to go back for my fill! Love the lashes! I'm so glad I live within walking distance of this place! They are amazing for their pricing. 1. They treat you like they have known you for their entire lives. They are so nice and welcoming and really make conversation with you. 2. Not only do you get a manicure or pedicure, you get an entire back massage and a parrafin dip. 3. They don't yell at you when you don't have a tip in cash- they just add it and then tax the tip! This is VERY convenient because I never have any cash. 4. Even when they are busy, you don't feel rushed. They really take their time with each customer. 5. It's super clean! I went to Hyun Nail & Spa yesterday and was pleased beyond my expectations! The owner, "Sam", is a very nice man with a great staff. "Kim" did my nails. She was fantastic! Very professional, personable, and excellent at her job. My nails look fabulous! LOL Tommy" was working on another customer next to me and he was just as nice as Kim. While I was getting my nails done, another staff member (I didn't get her name!) started massaging my neck and back! They also offered me some tea! The salon is clean and has the latest technology to provide the best treatments possible. They also have several private rooms for waxing. Pedicures are big here, too. This is my favorite nail place, it's not the cheapest, but there's little extras included in their regular pedicure that I LOVE! Paraffin wax, hot stones, massage chair ( I think all of the places have that, but I still appreciate it ). It's spacious and clean. There is still some service barriers due to language, but they have all been pretty minor. read more

so seing the post that was put up about 5 hours ago @annmariep. Im sure i was 2 seats down. ive been going from nail salon to nail salons looking for a place i can honestly say i love. I thought id check this place out since it so happens to have soo many "good reviews". Never again will i go back. They bearly understood me. When they were using those horrible machines on my nail, the guy kept on burning and hurting my fingers. I almost walked up and left but i decided id give it a shot. My nails werent square like i had asked. I kept being turned to different nail techs which was extremely annoying. They took FOREVER !!! When given a back massage i felt like i was being pushed up against the wall. It wasnt relaxing at all. Overall i was just very upset with the work they did. My nails look sooo bulky, uneven nor squared and flat out embarrassing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The minute i got home, all i did was touch the railing and half my thumb nail came off. Like WTF?? It was GEL... Worst part was when my BF found out where i went, the first thing he said was "Pshh, you should have told me.. Thats the worst place you could ever get your nails done at". Never going back. My cousin and I decided to give Hyun Nails a try, and I do not regret our decision! They were able to fit us in at 11am on a saturday, and had plenty of staff available for walk-ins. I got a gel manicure, and to my surprise, for at least half of the time they worked on my nails, another technician was giving me a massage. They truly go above and beyond with reasonable pricing. For $30 I got a gel manicure, and a wonderful massage! They have a good selection of nail colors, conveniently located as well.
