Afterwards the sheriff deputies dropped her off at this Loves station because it was air conditioned and I believe they thought she would be safe. She was crying and anxious. However, even after she made a purchase and she explained her circumstances to staff they made her wait outside in the heat! I was coming from Washington County and arrived to find her sitting on the curb near the highway still in tears and sick from the heat. I want to thank those vehicles who were kind enough to check on her during this time. Those on duty at this time and refused to provide shelter should be ashamed! My daughter would never in her life treat another person in this manner. And Loves management team should be aware of this incident.
