The lady cashier told me there was a lifetime warranty on them. 3 weeks later it broke and when I took it to the store, the male cashier literally kicked me out of the store! Super disappointed with this ENTIRE experience. Went in with my sister (a beginner smoker) to buy a bowl and discuss with the sales person. Bro sells her a bowl and doesn't even wrap it! I'm making my own purchase so I don't notice and my sister doesn't know any better to tell him to. Needless to say we had it in our possession for about 10-20 minutes before it smashes in the bag - not even from a large fall, just sitting on the floor of the car! I run back in thinking clearly they will help us out with an item they improperly handed over not even 20 minutes earlier! I realize that it happened outside of their doors, but in such a short period of time and with such little effort for it to be broken? Very apparent that the products and staff performance are sub par. When I asked the sales dude about wrapping items he lied and claimed to have asked us. Who would not want their glass wrapped?! Of course we would've said yes, but laziness and lying on his part won over I guess. When I pointed this out, he then offered to sell me another at half price (or average price for a bowl bc they are far too overpriced already) Agreed only bc my poor sister was crying at breaking her first bowl. Got home and made a call to the store to make sure I had the right location to write this review - was hung up on! Called again and then got the info I needed. I've been to this shop a few times for papers bc they are so overly priced on everything else, but now it's worth going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that has knowledgeable staff - people who would know to wrap a glass piece every time one is sold. I normally don't complain but I haven't had such bad customer service in a long time. I bought a overpriced torch that went I got home to use it worked, until it needed to be refilled with butane. The butane would not fill the torch so I decided to bring it back to the store to see if it was maybe my butane so I could buy the correct one. The sales associate could not get it to fill back up but said it wasn't broken because it was still lighting a flame but a very light flame that wouldn't heat up anything. I asked if there was anything he could do but he said there was nothing he can do since he didn't help me And continue to say if he was the one that sold it to me he would help me but since he wasn't the one that sold it to me he couldn't help me which doesn't make any sense. I would recommend going to any other smoke shop that is not far from this location. I went there after this to buy another torch that actually works. They even had the same one for wayyyy cheaper. Beware of counterfeit I bought 4 kangercoils the first one the white seal on the bottom came through and could not draw on it. when I was able to look at it in the light the plastic was inside the area that needed to be open. the second I used was so low it could not be used either. since this is the first time I went into the shop I really didn't see their policy of you bought it you own it no return no exchange so it looks like the 4 I bought are just money down the drain.
