The manager who refused the local discount and threatened to call the police because we complained.

The Ice cream is basic and small servings but service was horrible. Manager refused to honor 20% off local discount. My host lives here and the sign clearly states locals receive 20% discount. The lady at the counter pointed to a man sitting at a computer in the corner. He told my host that it did not apply for that day. He clearly made this up. When we complained he said he would call the police which we told him to do. Such bully tactics. Why would you treat the locals with such disrespect. Many other places to buy ice cream locally so do not pay for overpriced ice cream from this man. One star given since it is required for a review. For the benefit of the locals, here is the manager.

    Crepe with two scoops

If you wanna cool off this place is definitely a refrost station. It's pretty pricey but it's good. Only disappointment is that scoop serving is smaller than what I'm used to in the U.S. especially since the price is pretty high. I got a two scoop crepe and it was delicious & but not satisfying because scoops were small. Service was great and acwas definitely the best part of this place.

Just like any other Haagen Dazs places. They got coffee, icecream, shakes, and etc. They seat you down and bring you a torn menu that's fallen apart. Unlike any icecream place where you stand in front of it to pick your flavors, this one bring you ones you want to sample and then you can order. I asked for a one scoop container but they kept saying 2 scoops is the minimum for small. I looked at the menu and pointed the 1 scoop and they go oh that's a mini. Yes, please give me my mini cup. A bit annoyed but icecream was good like the ones in the Haagen Dazs pints.

Over $10 USD for a small cup of ice cream. I wasn't sure what to say... the dollar is weak, but Really?!

This ice cream was pretty good. They just don't have much of a selection or even have the stuff that is on the menu which is misleading.

It's a cute shop next to the Puerto Paraiso Mall near the marina and across from Walmart.

July in Cabo San Lucas is no joke. I'm no stranger to high temps, but that humidity had me feeling…read morelike I was swimming through the air. We were melting, and fast. So when we spotted this hidden little Dairy Queen (not on the main strip but easy enough to find), we made a beeline for it like desert wanderers spotting an oasis. Now, let's talk about the staff--meh. Not rude, just not exactly brimming with Disney-level cheer either. More of a "we're-here-so-order-something" kinda vibe. But honestly, I was just thrilled to be in the A/C, so I wasn't too pressed about their enthusiasm levels. The store itself was clean, bright, and everything was labeled clearly (which I appreciate when I'm in "melt mode"). Seating inside is very limited--just a couple of chairs. A family of five swooped in and snagged them while we were still ordering (respect the hustle). Luckily, there are patio tables outside where you can chill... well, sorta "Chill" with 90% humidity levels. Prices were pretty comparable to the U.S., no sticker shock here. Heads up though: It's cash only. No cards. But they do accept both pesos and U.S. dollars, so that was a win. Just make sure to have exact cash as they can't give back U.S. Dollars as change. The ice cream really hit the spot, but you've gotta eat it like you're in the finals of an ice cream speed-eating contest. Mine was basically soup in under five minutes. Pro tip: bring napkins. Like, a lot of them, they didn't have any. Flavor review time: - My daughter got the Superman Blizzard and gave it a solid "NOPE." And trust me, this kid eats everything. If she taps out, you know it's gotta be pretty nasty. - My son got the Kryptonita and loved it, so there's a win! - I got a classic sundae. I really wanted hot fudge on it, but ended up with plain old chocolate syrup instead. I guess we can't win them all... regardless, it was still tasty! All in all, if you're baking in the Cabo sun and craving something cold and sweet, this little DQ does the job. Not perfect, but definitely worth a quick stop to cool down and regroup. Recommended!

After a night of debauchery, don't other tourists want a familiar place to get your sweet on? We went hear two separate nights on our trip, and both were wonderful. I very much appreciated that unlike other places in Cabo they were strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines and only allowing three patrons in the store at a time. With that said, once inside, the service was friendly and efficient. You could pay either in American dollars, or in pesos which was also convenient. They had all of the familiar menu items that we have at home and it was very affordably priced. I am all for going to a local place, but surprisingly I could findVery few look local ice cream shop in Cabo. There were also not that many restaurants that had desserts on the menu.
