As a tourist i was expecting a nice smile and good manners from the receptionist but he yelled at me when i did not understand him. He was really all over my face. This happened saturday afternoon. After i returned from my day discovering paris the evening receptionist was really nice and professional. His name i think is jhon.

"sorry can't help till morning " ( maybe a sign on the dryers stating they were broken down- as you can see they had nothing on them!!)
