It was the best one I had on the whole trip (I had this dish about 7 or 8 times during our vacation). The crackling was perfectly crispy, the beer sauce flavorful, and the dumplings were just how I like them - stretchy. My wife had the Wiener schnitzel and agreed it was one of the best of the trip. My son had a Weiss wurst, and again, one of the best. To top it off, we finished with an Apple strudel that disappeared in a flash. Finally, the service was great. The waiter had a fun personality and really engaged our son. That was the icing on the cake that made this our favorite restaurant (of many great ones).
