They informed me that service was first come first serve but that they did have the part in stock and I could stop by whenever was convenient for me. We got there this morning at 06:55, we were second in line. The service doors opened promptly at 07:00. We were greeted by a gentleman at 07:05, when it was our turn. He took our information and said that it shouldn't be "too long". He directed us to the waiting area and offered us coffee or water. My wife and I sat down and watched the news and chatted for a minute. At 07:30 we were called by the same gentleman and told our Acadia was ready to go. He had it out front, with the AC on waiting for us. He said it was a warranty recall and he would take care of the paperwork after we were gone but didn't want us to have to wait any longer. He thanked us for stopping by and we were on our way. Pulled out of the parking lot at 07:35. Not sure what kind of repair this was or how long it typically takes but was impressed by the customer service and friendly employees. Would highly recommend! Thank you Royal GMC!

I've been dealing with Ralph Daniel and he is so professional and always gets back to me. The lobby is very nice with free water bottles and coffee. There is also a charging station for phones. Always come here because I know I'm gonna get my oil changed correctly. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the piece of mine.

I ended up walking nearly two miles to a gas station for help. When I got there, the attendant didn't hesitate--he said, "Warrior Tire." That recommendation turned out to be one of the biggest blessings of my day. When I was finally able to get my vehicle to the shop, I explained everything that had happened, along with my history of tire issues. I also shared that I've felt taken advantage of by repair shops in the past because I'm not very knowledgeable about cars. Anita at the front desk and the guys in the shop treated me with so much kindness, honesty, and respect. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand and were completely transparent with me. Unfortunately, the news wasn't what I wanted to hear--my vehicle was beyond repair--but they were honest instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need and letting me leave in a very unsafe vehicle like previous shops had apparently done. As a single mom who works in the nonprofit field, losing my vehicle was one of the hardest days I've had in a long time. Reliable transportation isn't a luxury for me--it's how I take care of my daughter and get to work. I was emotional, and every single person there was patient, compassionate, and understanding. Since I live about an hour and a half away, they even allowed me to leave my vehicle there because it wasn't safe to drive. The person who had brought me to the shop had already left because we thought my vehicle would be repaired, so I was stranded trying to figure out how to get home. Anita went above and beyond by calling one of her personal friends, who drove me all the way back to Tuscumbia. They wouldn't even let me pay for gas. I looked on Google maps to see if I could locate a repair shop nearby and found Warrior Tire & Auto Service. They were so kind and the owner himself drove over to the Volero gas station to inspect my car. He got it running enough to drive it back to their shop where they promptly fixed the issue. Cj7 with a 4.0 EFI cherokee motor that needed a new engine harness. I would call about every month and they would say they need more time to get other jobs out, to keep calling and checking in. I asked them every call, if you don't have time please just tell me and I will look elsewhere, but I would like Kieth to do this work, I've heard about his work. They assured me they did and I just needed to wait. So then I deliver the Jeep per their request, with 1000 cash so they know I'm good for the money. I wait about 3 months, call and they havent touched it. Another 3 months, havent touched it. This goes on for 9 months of excuses. Finally, I just say screw it, can I just come get it as is? Yes, she says. I get there, and they push it out front. They have left my jeep outside for 9 months, uncovered. The brand new Corbeau seat is ruined, all the metal pieces I had added (hood latches, keys, shift knobs, etc, all freakin ruined). Even the needle on the speedometer is faded from being out in the sun. Keith hands me my money and says "Sorry, here's 100$ for your troubles". I wanted to reach out and choke this guy with everything in the core of my being. It's taken me a year to sit down and write this without anger in my heart. I don't like being an angry person, it's just not healthy. However.... This; this is just not right and being a business owner myself and I can honestly say, if I ever did something like this to a paying customer I would not be able to sleep a wink until it was rectified. Months later; I was fortunate enough to get my Jeep to Lee Hurley downtown on 2nd Ave S @ Hurley Engine Service. Running great now and have since repaired the damage that was done at Off-Road Connection. Maybe you know him better, but I wouldn't trust Kieth to put air in my tires.
