From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. I explained I need to move hay in 7 days. He says it will be done Wednesday. I offered to go to Des Moines to get the part. he said no, they'll bring it to me. It will be done Wednesday. Thursday, I stop by and tell the employee that I need the tractor by Saturday to move hay. I said done or not, I need to get it. Pete is in Des Moines picking up the part right now. I said good, maybe it'll be done before I need it. Pete calls me back, calls me a M'Fer, F'ing prick, says come and get your tractor and hung up. I called back, I can't get a word in, I'm a prick, a f'ing bastard. Employee says I pitched a fit about it not being done, he'll prepare a bill and I come and get the tractor. I replied, That's a good idea. he hung up. I called back. He answered, what the F do you want, F you you prick. I said, you need to listen to me. he screamed more obscenities and hung up. Unfortunately they did a poor job of welding, and the repair lasted less than 12 hours. My driver was unable to make to drop his load. We called them for additional assistance, as we had just spent $600 with them. After giving us the run around for a couple of hours, they blocked our number. The next day we called back from a different phone number and again attempted to work out an agreement on how they could assist us with the situation. Eddie was extremely rude, cursed at me, called me a liar, and hung up in my face after screaming "I'm not going to do anything to help you!" I never once raised my voice nor took a rude tone with him. If you find yourself in need of repair, I urge you to find another shop to work with. All American has shown that they have poor customer service, take no pride in their work, and don't value their customers. They seem to only be concerned with scamming hardworking people of their money.

They also had to re-do the door which they claimed it had been fixed. I spoke with the owner who became defensive and threatened to undo all the repairs and refund my money. Additionally, he gave me a hand- written receipt which does not contain his business name. I have reached out to him twice and he still hasn't submitted the receipt. Moreover, owner used very unprofessional language and was disrespectful. He eventually apologized and blamed " the heat of the moment"

Spell check messed up name of the garage should be Pettyjohns not patty jones. I called towing service back they said tow truck driver dropped off car. Called service technician he said tow truck driver never dropped off keys. Once again called tow truck dispatcher she said she would call pettyjohns . We drove to Bethany, MO from where we live North of Lineville, Iowa to say we were on our way. Cody the technician said they found the car in lot. The tow truck driver had told me when he picked up car that the office would email receipt to me Monday. I told him I needed receipt to turn into insurance company for reimbursement. Monday called dispatcher said, "would email receipt in 15 minutes." Waited when no response drove to there office in Lamoni, Iowa picked up receipt. Their customer service is terrible. The technician Cody at pettyjohns said they've had trouble with them in past just dropping off cars without turning in keys or telling them where car is. I will never use there service again
