The manager at Big O repaired the original tire and inspected and balanced the spare to ensure the rest of our trip would, at the very least, not succumb to tire related issues. But the best part was, they did these repairs/inspections at no charge. This kindness was not prompted, but so incredibly appreciated as what they did not know was that this trip is to say our we are last goodbye to my father. With heavy hearts and a long way to go, I appreciated the hug and kind words as we left the store! Big O Tires is a wonderful place filled with wonderful people!

There was no wait at all, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. As soon as I arrived, they waved me into the garage. But Tuesday came and went. They call again a couple of times. C&R tell they they took their transmission to Columbia didn't ask them if it was ok then charge more then the quote. We found Rusty's shop and he was so kind and helpful. he sold us an older Suburban, making sure the trailer lights worked, hitch replaced, everything ran right, etc. and got us back on the road that day.
