We found Rusty's shop and he was so kind and helpful. he sold us an older Suburban, making sure the trailer lights worked, hitch replaced, everything ran right, etc. and got us back on the road that day. He also held our broken car for us while we completed our journey and was willing to replace the engine for us if we wanted. He's a fantastic mechanic and well worth going to- even the other local garages recommend him.

I put a jug of water in it and made my way carefully to the nearest mechanic I could find in Norwalk. Luckily it was Terrys Auto Clinic! It was a Friday afternoon and he is closed on the weekends, so after talking to him I left my car there and he said he would look at it Monday morning. Monday came around and he called me up at told me I had a cracked radiator! I was bummed and thought surely it would take some time to replace. He had my car done that afternoon and it's running great so far! (Knock on wood) he was friendly and informative on the issue and what may have caused it and quick with the fix while being reasonably priced. I left a satisfied customer and if I have car issues I'll definitely keep Terrys in mind.

I would never recommend this shop. Terry rebuilt the engine in my 1994 Chevy truck, but on the…read moredrive home the brake booster vacuum line came off because it wasn't secured with a clamp. Soon after, the spark plug wires kept popping off. Even worse, the high-pressure fuel line wasn't properly clamped, causing it to blow off and start an engine fire. When I called Terry to explain what happened, his response was, "I don't know what you did." The truck left his shop in an unsafe condition, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me. He also gutted my air conditioning system, removed parts, and never returned them. Missing basic safety items like vacuum and fuel line clamps after a complete engine rebuild is unacceptable. My experience was dangerous, expensive, and extremely disappointing. I would not trust this shop with another vehicle.

The broken fuel pump meant that you had to completely remove the fuel tank on this very large van. Most shops were unwilling to even take it at all. East Side stepped up and agreed not only to take the van but to get it done the next morning. The young man they sent with the tow truck was quick and professional. We got a cab and headed to the hotel. East Side got to work on the van and were partically done by time we got there the next day. They completed the work quickly and professionally. Their charge was more then reasonable and we were on our way home by lunch. I cannot thank East Side enough for how they were willing to step up and help us out.
