We found the Alliance we wanted to purchase at the Kunes Open House on May 16, 2026 and were told…read morethe price of that RV would be going up after the open house. We put a deposit on the unit we wanted and went back to Kunes six days later, May 22, 2026 to complete the purchase. The finance paperwork, which I did not look at carefully, reflected numbers that were not discussed, claiming they had to show more equity in our trade in to get us a better rate. Also, two days after signing, May 24, I checked the Kunes website and saw the unit we purchased was $6,000 less than it was initially listed. I did go back to the store and spoke with the finance person on May 30. He explained in circles and I was not satisfied with the answer and asked to speak with the sales manager, who was 'busy' at the time. Three phone calls and an email later (13 days), I was finally able to talk to the sales manager (who never returned a call or responded to the email). Sales manager said the original paperwork had a different selling price and even that price was more than the price listed on their website on May 24. He would do nothing about the price difference. In hindsite, I should have paid more attentions to reviews I read and what people had said about Kunes and visited a different RV dealer, even if I had to travel out of state. My suggestion would be to stay away from Kunes RV and RUN!!

In one word, RUN. There are many other places to get your boat repaired in Oshkosh, please do so…read more brought My boat in for a miss fire in spring they found that my fuel filter was never changed. Also suggested I do a tune up. $1800 later. Boat ran fine all summer. Went in to winterize this fall and they suggested I do a tune up ? had the Platinum winterization package, what a joke. suggested I pull the motor and do preventative maintenance (boat has 340hrs). when I said no they wanted an Additional $300 to put the drive back on, why isn't that part of the Platinum pkg? when I picked up the boat they left tools in the engine bay. I checked the oil and I question if they ever changed the oil as it was dirty and it looked old. I'm sick over the fact that I paid another $1800 for winterization and an impeller change. Cross my fingers in spring if the boat will run

I recently brought my boat in to have the bunks replaced on my trailer and asked for any other…read moreissues with the trailer to addressed. I dropped my boat off on Monday and picked it up on Friday giving them the week to fix all issues with the expectation that all issues would be fixed. When I picked my boat up, they replaced the bunks, but simply listed other issues (bearings leaking grease, tires low on tread, guide on broken) rather than fixing them? Odd, but I figured I'd survive. They charged me $518 to replace two bunks... $384 in labor, seems a bit steep, but I figured it'd be done well and should last at least a few years. Two trips after the bunks were replaced the carpet had worn through on the bunks. I messaged Aaron who asked me to send a photo. I sent the photo and he told me that I likely "dry loaded" the boat which caused the issue. I told him that wasn't the case, and asked if I should expect the carpet to only last two trips? Regardless of how it's loaded I can't imagine this should take place with brand new carpet. To me it appears the bunks should be angled differently as the carpet is wearing on the top edge on both sides. Aaron has since not responded to my messages. I personally would not bring my boat here again. The carpet itself was listed at $30, so rather than taking a $30 hit and replacing it, I've been ghosted. I would recommend going elsewhere.. Every other place in the city was too busy to fit me in, but if I were you I'd wait an extra week or two to get your service done correctly.

We ended up finding my husband's boat that he has always wanted which was more than we wanted to spend. While there I found a used SXS that caught my eye. So i called my local credit union and they worked some magic and we walked out proud owners of two toys. Well after the sale.... BUYER BEWARE!!! We contacted them for an owners manual for our boat which we were the second owners as previous owners didn't leave it on boat. It took about six months to receive the manual after truly like six phone calls following up on it and we ended up buying the engine manual as they would not provide on. Upon first voyage with the boat we realized something wasn't working with the Garmin fish finding that they installed for the original owner. We actually talked to the person who guaranteed it was working when they took it in before resale. They had actually installed the wrong transducer and installed it wrong for that fish finder which made it not work properly... so there is no way it ever worked right so they never actually tested it. However we contacted Garmin it was under warranty and they explained why it wasn't working and that they lied to us. The stern light was broken when we got it home and they wouldn't make good on that either. We dropped a lot of money there and truly asked for what was promised in the sale and nothing more. They truly fought us every step of the way. I will never do business with them again and warn anyone... just go somewhere else. Look at their reviews.
