Corporately this place needs to be more professional and proactive with customer service needs. The first over charges I had took over a month to get a response. This month I am having a similar issue. I decided to go ahead and take my three vehicles elsewhere. It's so nice to have that option. I hope this company can do better in the future. You sure are risking some great employees at the location I used to go to.

First and foremost, the two guys working there today where very helpful and super friendly. That just isn't expected at a car wash! Because this is an express, you pay at a drive through machine outside. I was having a problem with the payment, and a guy came running out to help. Inside, the guy spraying my car told me to have a great day... twice! Little things like this makes me as a customer feel pretty good.... And willing to go back!
