We ran into a repair issue and the dealer had our vehicle on and off for months and still could not fix the problem. They misdiagnosed several times and used up our warranty and charged us out of pocket cost only for our engine light to return. My mother recommended Robert's shop before she moved so I decided to take my chances and I am so happy I did. They are charging more than the dealership service department.

They were in the middle of running their busy work day and catering to existing customers. could not have been nicer. if they couldn't fix that day, would drive us to a hotel and pick up etc. but within 2 hours, ran diagnostics and had us fixed and on the road for about $150. They could have charged more. They could have put us after their customers with appointments. They took such good care of us - so friendly, kind and professional. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did.
