Just purchased a new Toyota. Most painless and upfront experience ever! Tom was great at listening to my needs and must haves. He helped me find the one that fit both! Tom kept me updated on the arrival of my new Rav4. It arrived almost two weeks quicker than initially thought. Richard, in finance, made sure I understood the awesome warranty that are given and offered. Did you know if you invest in the extended warranty and trade in before warranty expires, they will reimburse you for warranty years unused! Richard also encouraged me to double check my insurance to make sure I wasn't being charged for roadside assistance and rentals. Tom did a great job educating me about the services and coverages. However, as with most of us, when we are getting so much information at one time, we don't always remember or hear/retain it all. I had gotten a quote from my insurance company for my new Rav4. I didn't include roadside service but initially did get rental coverage. Richard encouraged me to reach out to my insurance company and cancel that. Well, while sitting in his office, I was able to get on my insurance app and change/cancel the rental. I saved $34.00 a month AND I pay less a month for a brand new Rav4 then I was paying for a paid off Jeep Wrangler! Win-Win!!! So disappointed. Bought my previous owned car a few months ago at I-95 Toyota, am paying for an extended warranty, took my car here for a flat tire a few months ago. No one mentioned (not my sales person, not the service department) that spare tires are not put in cars anymore. That would have been really helpful information when I drove to Atlanta for example. I had to have my car towed today for a flat tire. When I asked the tire store if I could buy a spare, they suggested I just use roadside service as no one sells them and there is no place in my Prius to put it. Now that I know I'm ok with that I guess, but why didn't my salesperson or service manager care to mention this to me? I'm a single older woman and just assumed I had a spare tire. -BUYER BEWARE - The service department was less than truthful to me about services provided which I paid for; Toyota told me my front differential was bad after they "inspected" it for $350, which took less than 45 mins to complete. Upon actual inspection with an honest mechanic, FOR FREE, it was found that, in fact, nothing is wrong with the differential or CV axle. My husband had a warranty on his pre owned car, they literally took 2 weeks to finally tell him they won't cover replacing his engine stating there was sludge in the engine after 2k miles of missing an oil change? PLEASE! That sludge was there probably before he even got the car. Do not EVER buy a pre-owned car here! They will find ANY loop hole not to fix your car even under warranty. read more

I specifically asked the tech to call me once they completed the diagnosis but she decided to complete the unnecessary work like windshield wipers before calling me about the major work that needed to be done. When my car needed a minor repair the department phone representative who called to tell me car was ready was used disrespectful & dishonest hard sale tactics. She sent me a 6 page estimate after a "free", courtesy inspection that totaled $11,000! When I declined those recommendations with the over the top estimate. I had a long time trusted mechanic had recently replaced many of the items. The service "adviser" wouldn't accept my request to pay for only the current problem. She pushed harder and harder. She said they would finance the repairs, & that it would be worth my putting $11,000 into a 17 year old Prius with 220,000 miles because that dealer gets Toyotas in for service that have literally a million miles on them! I assumed the hard sale tactics came from the service management so I met with a member of service management and calmly gave my feedback. He was listened respectfully. I will not be back. Had an appointment that still took them almost 2hours for a simple oil change. When I asked why they claimed to be short handed, and acted like it was my fault, the only thing I got was attitude. I'm no longer allowed to have my car repaired at I,-95 Toyota, which is a breach of contract. According to the used vehicle Protection Plan I bought from I-95 Toyota, I must have my car repaired at I-95 Toyota, no other local dealership or mechanic. I bought the Protection Plan because I was told it covered the car "bumper to bumper," everything. Well, that's a lie. The gasket replacement wasn't covered and it took six business days to replace it. Meanwhile, I had to Uber everywhere, which is also not covered. I wanted to leave for hurricane Debby, but my car was the last to be finished before the service center closed for the hurricane, and it was already storming too hard to drive. Next, my car developed electrical problems during the Labor Day weekend. I brought it in to I-95 Toyota. Four days and a filthy Uber later, I called I-95 Toyota to check on my car's progress. The service manager told me that they hadn't done anything, and wouldn't. Did they call or text any time in that four days to let me know? NO. I had to Uber to the dealership and jump start my car myself. While I was driving back on the interstate, the car locked so hard (the ABS light comes on, the speedometer went to zero, and the dash blacks out) that it threw me into the far lane. Thankfully, no one else was there! Why won't I-95 Toyota fix my car? Because of the general manager. I left a voicemail for him that he should train his employees that sell the Protection Plan NOT to say that the car is covered "bumper to bumper," but to inform the buyer of the limitations. He called me back, and we got into a spat. I kept asking him to train his employees, and he kept asking if I want to cancel the plan. Voices were raised before he hung up. The general manager then told the service manager not to touch my car if I brought it in. Apparently, not even to call me to let me know. And that is how I ended up on the interstate, less than five miles from I-95 Toyota, with a car that wanted to kill me and anyone else around. Edit: I bought a used convertible of a non-Toyota make at I-95 Toyota. I've never encountered a salesman who wouldn't budge on price, not even their $500 coupon of the day before, but he knew I didn't have a car. I finally signed. He had given me a Carfax that was consistent with the price he told me and the advertised price. Two weeks later I checked Edmonds and Kelly Blue Book. The car I bought was $7000 overpriced. Three service agents walked past me and immediately went to two other customers that were parked behind me... Now, I'm one color and the other two customers were another color... I NEVERRRR write reviews but feel like people should be warned about them. I have never met the most un-honest group of people with the worst customer service ever. Josh, which I believe is a sales manager completely lied to me. He told me the car was the complete wrong color and my car seats were the red aftermarket seats. He told me they don't have a warranty on the seats but they are really good quality and reassured me I wouldn't have any problems with them. I also specifically asked if it was the same color as the car in the show room and he told me yes it was. He told me if he traded this car with the other dealer that I had to buy it. I get there and its the wrong color. I wanted to say something then about it being the wrong color but felt bad that they had already treaded it and he told me if they traded it I had to buy it. A Year later the seats start peeling bad. They tell me that its too bad nothing they can do besides fix it myself. Then the last time I took my car up for the oil change they told me I needed new tires... I just got new tires maybe 7 months ago. He then precedes to tell me they have a sale going on and the tires would be $266 each tire and that was the sale price, They were the same exact tires I just bought at Tire Kingdom for $189 not on sale. Then he shows me that they are 70,000 mile tires.... I didn't even have 70,000 miles on my car and they had already been replaced once. Then when I trade that car in and bought a new one (At a different dealership) I call to get the money on the "Free" Oil changes and car washes that I paid for that hadn't been used and the guy told me that I didn't pay any money and I know for a fact I did because the finance guy and I talked about it when I was in the room and I asked him what it was for and it was 1,700. I believe this is the 8th or 9th vehicle we've bought from I95 Toyota. I love I95 Toyota! Today, I was not looking for a car, I had a 2023 Toyota Corolla, beautiful car! I have had at least 7 of the 8 or 9 Toyota's have been the Corolla! Today, we stopped just to 'look' at a Rav4. By just looking I mean seriously just looking. I'm getting older and while I can still bend down and lift up to get in and out of my Corolla, it's not getting any easier. So as we're walking back on the lot, thinking that they were closed today, Johnathan Norman comes walking out toward us. He introduced himself and we introduced ourselves to him. Johnathan was absolutely amazing! Never pushy to get us to buy a car, he asked questions as to what brought us in. I explained that I wanted to look at a Rav4. "I have a 2023 Toyota Corolla that I love!" I just want to see the Rav4. He asked what I would want in a Rav4. He mentioned the four packages of the Rav4 and then showed us a 2024 Grey Rav4, XLE Premium, FWD, SUV. We had questions but Johnathan didn't miss a beat! It was like he knew what questions we were going to ask! He looks up and see's that they actually have the Rav4, XLE Premium, FWD in white! WHAT? This being the last day of the month (and us not expecting them to be open because it' Sunday, June 30th) went to look. Johnathan never said what will it take for you all to take this vehicle home with you. NOT ONCE!! We took it for a test drive and Johnathan had me pull over into a little parking area as he wanted to show us a couple of things about the vehicle. That was amazing, still no pressure but more information about the facts of the vehicle. I really loved all of the features of the Rav4, it was white (Windshield pearl). Jonathan still didn't ask what it would take to take the vehicle home with us. We went in to see what the numbers would be, my 2023 was paid off, he asked what we would be comfortable with. I told him. We walked out of the dealership with the 2024 white Rav4 XLE Premium with a fantastic deal! Here's what I really loved, Johnathan stayed with us through the whole process, and then after all of the paperwork was complete, showed me and set my new Rav4 up to my phone and settings to personalize my Rav4 to my settings! I called about a Jeep that was in stock before I drove to see it. They said it was, but when I arrived 30 minutes later it had sold. I liked another jeep that was there and had numbers run on it. They came back with a 2k warranty, 1k in fees, and insulted us on the trade we had. Also they wouldn't budge on the price of the jeep a dollar not to mention it was about 3k over blue book according to our bank. Started at 38k and was at 48k in about 10 minute. I recently had a large tire hit my Lexus while traveling on 95 that partially ripped off my bumper, while I was 2 and a half hours from home. I pulled right into this dealership hoping they could tell me if my car was safe to continue driving. Not only did their mechanic, Oscar, help me with that, he also offered to hold my bumper in place with a few zip ties and screws until I could travel back to Charleston to get it properly fixed. I was staying nearby I needed my oil changed on my car. When I got there I did not feel all that comfortable. But I thought well I'm here. They said they needed to order an oil filter special because my car was a Mercedes. So they did and during the time they were doing the work, The sales people were trying to high pressure me into buying another car. Which was near $10,000 overpriced. Also when The oil was finally changed the young lady working in the auto repair shop told me that my car emblem on the Mercedes must've been hit by a bird strike. Because she showed me the Mercedes emblem was now broken, pushed into my car and they put a broken piece inside my car. I think I would've noticed that. Amazingly it was fine this morning. I was very disappointed. Another rip off place. When you walk into the show room if you want to grab coffee or use the restroom they circle like a bunch of piranha. And they give you such ridiculous sales pitches. I felt like telling the guy please shut up. Stop talking. People think because I'm driving a used vehicle They can assume what my financial status is. When you travel on the road and you are outside your home area, you are lucky if you find good service. Many car dealerships know they won't see you again so they don't bother. That is not the case at I-95 Toyota. A big shout out to our service advisor Josh who took care of us when we came in with a nail in our tire. In a timely fashion he located the nail in the sidewall and researched both our tire warranty and replacement tire needs. He had to order a tire which he promised would come in the next day, and it did. We got the tire installed and were on our way. In addition Josh was willing to price match at a lower price than what they were selling it for. All in all, a great experience. read more

No oil dye seen at this time- Customer to return in 8 -10 days for further inspection -inspection - engine oil is at specified level. Total $102.03 I took the car back for a second check, but still no problems, so I purchased set of tires. No alignment needed. Tire sensor lights corrected itself. Instead of 5,470.82, I paid total of $1,017.35 - diagnostic checks, tune-up, and 4 tires mount and balance. As of today, 3/12/2023. Took three hours. Diagnostic, oil change, & tire rotation....Three hours. This was with it being scheduled service. My "Advisor" did not tell me much. He was having a bad day. I happened to see the mechanic & he generously gave me more information than the "Advisor" did. That helped me to understand the problem I am having. The real kicker was how much they wanted. To replace wiper blades ($66.91), Engine air filter $63.94, Cabin filter $61.75, battery $176.93, & CMP senor - $461.44 The markup on this work was WAY more than ANYONE else in our area. If your vehicle is under warranty, take it up the road to Chatham Parkway Toyota in Savanna. If your vehicle is no longer in warranty, take it to a local shop with a certified Toyota mechanic on staff. I am not sure what kind of issues this dealership may or may not be experiencing. However, I saw many people sitting around doing nothing. Most desks were empty. Some lady was filling her purse up with their coffee. And my advisor was not feeling well. I truly felt bad for the Advisor & hope he gets better soon. Here are some of the estimates for some of the work that was recommend by I-95.... I got these quotes over the phone from my local shop.. It was a lot less. Quick examples. Engine air filter $32 w/installation. AC Cabin Filter $28 w/installation. The CMP with OEM part - $320 w/installation. If possible, I will try & post my receipts after work is completed to prove that I am not exaggerating. All in all, if they had just not been so....out of range, with other local service shops, they could have had a customer for life (even with the long wait time)...instead, they did me a favor & sent me somewhere that appears to have less problems. We all have to make money, but this was a bridge way too far for me. And it really did take way too long to do their diagnostic. I was told on the phone that this would take an hour or so....not three hours. I lost a lot of time from work today & will work late tonight to make up for it. They did not know I am in the process of purchasing a new car for my wife....I just really wanted to see what kind of dealership this I-95 Toyota was before I jumped into that water with them... Chatham Toyota will get that sale. I wish them the best though. And I wish anyone who chooses I-95 for a new vehicle or service work, the best of luck as well. read more

I was told my loan would be through suntrust. That was a lie. I was told my loan would be through the course of 60 months and they switched it to 72 without my permission. I also signed paperwork on their tablet screen on the desk but when i got home and checked the flashdrive the information on the drive was completely different than what I was showed. be careful and double check everything through these people.
