He gave me an itemized bill for the car before I even got there and it took all of the stress out of car buying. The dealer fees were a lot less than some of the other places I contacted. This place isn't trying to rip you off. I wasn't able to get up to Brunswick for two days but Tyler allowed me to put a deposit down on the car and I knew no one else would buy it before I got there. I came two days later to pick it up. When I got there, I was greeted by Jonas and he allowed us to take a test drive and was very nice and welcoming. He introduced us to Olivia, who brought us through the financial process in the most seamless way possible. It was so quick and she was nice and fun to talk to. I was worried about my check not clearing until the next day or so and she was very accommodating. She made the whole process so easy. My dad, who hates car shopping, said it was the easiest car buying experience he's ever had in person. Also, I was surprised to learn that I was given a one year warranty with Vaden. That was unexpected but very nice to know. Overall, it was a wonderful car experience. It takes a little over an hour to get to Vaden from Jacksonville but I would definitely do it again because it was absolutely worth it.

Was charged 160 pet turn telling me I had a bad unit and showed me a Screencast "unable to communicate" for both unit. I bought a brand new unit from a ford dealership online. The unit was never opened. When I got to the dealership again I drop the unit when picking up the box and fell 2 feet and was told that it voided the warranty which was BS. Moving forward I decided to program the unit myself using FORSCAN. It cost me 12 dollars for the unit. I took one of the old units and try to program. I copied the old configuration file from the bad unit to the laptop running Forscan and than swapped out the old module and use the one ford said was bad. I reinitialized the pats system so the keys would start the car and would believe it started like magic I tried this on the second unit and within 20 minutes it worked again. I than tried the brand new unit and used the fa tory file from fordmotorcraft service using the vin number and you guessed it. It worked fine. I tried to ask Richard the sales manager why a non mechanical or certified technician can do this and as you would expect from any salesman I got just a lot of hot air. The conversation ended . So if anyone is reading this , I would be happy to help you for free anyway I can than to give your money away to this establishment when it comes to program a module. RX8FORSALE05@YAHOO.COM

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VADEN AUTO DEALERSHIPS!!!!…read more I went to them with my 2021 Hyundai Palisade for an oil change as well as one rim and tire replacement. They made me pay for the rim and tire in full before they would order the parts. OK ... done Then they said I'd have to come back the following week to get it installed and get the oil changed . I went back the following Friday. They claimed that I paid for the rim but not the tire and wouldn't start the work until I paid for another tire ( After I had already been sitting there for an hour). I asked them to check again because i was absolutely certain I paid for the tire . I found the credit card charge for $1800.00 and said " the rim alone couldnt have cost 1800.00" and she said yes it does and we already checked three times so what do you want to do ? I had no choice since I needed my car (and drove in on a donut ) which was caused by rim damage from 4 months prior . As soon as I got home I found my receipt and sure enough I paid for the tire . They wouldn't return any calls for over a week so I had to call Hyundai Corp in CA and had the refund in about 2 days . After the oil change was done they said the car was in "great condition with no further issues to be addressed" I drove the car home on Friday after my oil change and the very next time I drove the car the engine seized due to a lack of coolant ! They claim I had a coolant leak . I explained that I have a white concrete driveway and would have noticed if I had a leak ... plus I was told that the vehicle had no other issues to be addressed so how did my engine seize the very next time I drove my 2021 car ? I was given an estimate of 28,000 to replace the engine . After 90 days with no vehicle I ordered a new motor from AutoTech in Brunswick who gave me an estimate of 11,000 for a brand new engine , or $7,700 for a used one with 43,000 miles . I ordered a new one . I called Vaden today to inform them that my vehicle would be picked up and towed to AutoTech . The service Mgr then proceeds to tell me he will replace my motor at Vaden for the same price !! I asked why they didn't offer me that price during the past THREE MONTHS and they said " we thought you were trying to get your auto insurance company to pay for it and we wouldn't try to help them BUT now that we know that you are paying for it we do want to help you ! WHAT ? Of course I said no way and sent the tow truck . When the tow truck driver arrived,he was told that the engine was out of the car , on an engine table and he wasn't allowed to remove the car without taking the motor also -and that they couldnt help him with that . The tow truck driver put me on the phone on speaker and the Service Mgr starts yelling at me that he was not allowing my car to be removed from the lot until the $1440.00 bill for removing and examining the engine was paid in full . I threatened legal action because I had never authorized or requested the engine to be removed and that he would need to deal with the insurance company for payment because I was never a part of that plan or aware there even was an invoice to be paid . The Manager ( Brian) started screaming and swearing " I WANT THIS F%# CAR OUT OF MY SHOP NOW". The tow truck driver called me after he left there and said he would never tow another vehicle for them or to them because he had never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in his life and would be calling Vaden to complain about the way he was treated. The auto insurance company was only involved because even though my car was under a bumper to bumper warranty - Vaden /Hyundai wouldn't cover it because it " wasn't mechanical" claiming that I hit something on the highway during the 20 minutes I drove the car after my oil change was completed that damaged the coolant valves and caused the coolant to leak out. So my mechnically perfect car ( confirmed by them first hand) seized up the very next time I drove it and they wanted 28k to fix it. I asked them how much they would buy it from me as salvage towards a new vehicle and they said $1,000! This is a 2021 Hyundai with 67,000 ... so the entire vehicle minus the motor is worth $1,000??? Yup ! This business is literally a den of thieves and I wouldn't buy an air freshener from them . Runnnnn ! Please share my post ... its hard enough in this economy without a huge company like this one so very blatantly stealing from customers .

August 10, 2024 in route to Florida for late mother's wake services driving 2019 Hyundai Tucson…read morewith 45K miles on odometer. Engine knocked and died. Car was fully paid for. Called Vaden Hyundai for assistance. We are senior citizens. They would not acknowledge warranty. We had to buy new car. Our main concern at the time was making it to the wake service. Vaden gave us only $4,500 trade in value when car is valued at $15,000 - $17,000. We were not aware of engine knock call back. Vaden gave us the run around that they would give us more for the trade in value because Hyundai gives them a new engine and cost for fixing the 2019 Tucson. Matt kept promising us more money for trade in value until we finally gave up. This dealership is horrendous. Giving you a fair warning not to do any business with these people.
