They do not sell beer but you can bring your own; up to an 18" x 14"x14" cooler (no glass) they have food: Hamburgers ,hotdogs, popcorn,fried mushrooms and chicken strips, etc. I actually wrote this much of the review between events here at the track and thought I was done but out came the trailer racers (something I haven't seen in person before) and it was hilarious and and crazy and made those NASCAR drivers look like the sissies that they are. I really enjoyed my time watching the race here on Sunday 21st with my best friend.  Gingerman Racetrack had 11 turn points if I remember correctly and the track was about 2.5 miles I believe.  It was definitely a lot of fun and I would 100% come back to enjoy another race.
