We went to see a summer blockbuster and decided to try their Ultra Plus extra experience. It was frankly unacceptable. We have smart devices that warn of loud environments. The opening sequences and dialogue was at 85db. We tried to put up with it for a bit but after an action sequence started to reach 100db I went to talk to the staff. They said they would not reduce the volume and that was the point of the Ultra experience. I asked for earplugs and was told to use toilet paper. Our cashier was super nice. Offered to let us see a different non ultra experience and to comp us appetizers and meals. In the end our ringing ears forced us to ask for a refund. The theater is nice and clean and clearly very new. The service is mixed with helpful and less helpful employees. The sound issue is a health and safety issue and should be investigated. Hearing protection should be provided for employees and theater goers to the ultra experience. read more

Forgot my ID for a movie at home and was told I would not be allowed to see the film even though I am clearly of age. A comment was made that "congratulations I look young." They said I would get a refund and the card reader wouldn't work so I got no refund as well. Terrible experience. I'm not even ID'd that seriously at bars to drink! read more

Parking garage is a crazy price. If you're going, just park somewhere else and walk. The place inside is super nice and clean. We went for the opening weekend of Wicked so as expected it was CRAZY! The line to get into the parking garage was however the worst part. The theater we were in was super nice and so were the bathrooms. Studio Park is a nice theatre downtown. It's not my regular theatre but it's really nice for a date night or a dinner/movie night since the One Twenty Three restaurant is right there. The attached parking garage is great too, and they'll validate your parking for 4 hours if you see a movie. This theatre is smaller than the other Celebration locations, so it might be tough to get seats at some shows. They also have fewer showtimes than their larger theatres, and the lobby areas can get a little crowded if the theatre is really busy. Every seat is a heated recliner with a tray for food and snacks. If you recline fully your view may be obstructed a bit but I really like these seats. They have food and snacks for purchase, which they will bring to your seat in the theatre. I've had hit or miss experiences with this at other Celebration locations (they always seem to try to give our food to other people), but their boneless wings are tasty and you can also get cocktails, beer, and wine for your movie. read more

I go to Studio park every time a movie that I want to watch comes out. The parking there is pretty big and the food is pretty good. Their popcorn is absolutely phenomenal and seats are comfortable. I like it when they play movies on the field for family's to enjoy. Overral 5 stars read more

This was my first time getting the privilege of checking out the downtown celebration with my brother and I gotta say it's pretty nice. The validated right on location downtown parking is a huge plus, the seat are top notch and we saw smile two and I felt like we truly had so much comfortable room even with a good few others around us. The fact that the parking was validated means I will be returning! There's a parking ramp right next to the theater with a couple connecting catwalks, so there's no reason to scramble for parking or have to worry about adverse weather! Pro tip: bring your ticket inside with you so you can get it validated! (There are signs all around the parking ramp that remind you to do so, but I didn't notice them until we were leaving ) There's a full bar and plenty of food/drink/ snack items that can be brought to your seat by a staff member which is nice. The reclining seats are wonderful! I did notice that if I reclined too far though my vision was slightly obstructed. Second pro tip: bring earplugs! The volume was insanely high and it made for a rather uncomfortable experience. It actually hurt at some points. I'd say given the comfort of the recliners and the free parking downtown, I will definitely come back. Just with some sort of ear protection :) read more

FREE PARKING FOR FOUR HOURS WHEN YOU SEE A MOVIE Have seen a couple of movies now in Celebration's Studio Park, located smack in the middle of downtown GR. Fortunately there's a connected parking ramp, and the theatre validates you for four hours for free when you purchase a movie ticket. Concessions don't feel much different from their other locations, and the food is fine enough. I had their chicken and waffles sandwich. Felt a little small given the enormity of the popcorn, the pop, and everything you expect when going to the movies. And the flavor wasn't anything I'd develop late night cravings for, but the sandwich tasted good. I do dig their French fries, though. If your entree comes with a side, choose the fries. Popcorn pro tip: Pay the extra $0.50 and get the REAL butter topping. So much better than the salty-oil stuff you pump yourself. (This is actually my perennial admonition for any Celebration Cinema: Get the real butter.) My main hangup with the Studio Park location is that the lobbies and concourses feel narrow and crowded. The ticket queue area feels really small, and the hallways are also skinny. Groups of people often gather in the middle and choke off the hallways. It was really tough tonight to squeeze around to fill up drinks, use the restroom, etc. Gah! Choose a non-peak time to avoid the crowd clogs. That said, the auditorium experience was great. Recliner seats that feature heat and swing-out food trays. Staffers deliver your entree to your seat. Projection and sound were perfect. I see Studio Park appealing most to the already-downtown foot traffic or Uber/public transit users. Nothing here would lure me from driving out to one of their other locations. Personally, I prefer the more spacious layouts and parking lots of their suburban locations and I'd skip downtown to visit one (e.g., Celebration North, Celebration RiverTown) if *all* I'm doing is catching a movie. This is my preferred Celebration Cinema location. It has fewer screens and movies that are on their way out of the theaters might not be available at this location, so you need to be on top of movie releases if you want to view it here. Thanks to the construction of the theaters, it's easy to get to seats without disturbing the other movie goers. Also, the reclining heated seats are really comfortable and are set up with half-walls behind each row eliminating the view of rows of people in rows in front of you. The attached parking ramp offers validated parking if you bring your ticket into the cinema to run it through the validation machine. For those interested, hot food and alcoholic beverages are available to be delivered to your seat. read more

- Staff is always friendly. - Reclining, heated seats are nice and provides more space than traditional seats. - Volume in theater is always uncomfortably high though. - Movie screens are not always full-sized; reported to a staff member who would "look into it" but nothing came from it so watched a movie with 3 feet of white screen on each side of the picture. - Avoid front section seats and the very last row; difficult to get a nice view from those seats. - Concession stand is only serving popcorn, candy, and drinks at this time. I really wish nachos would come back. - Online seating is not accurate when you try to book tickets in advance. The seats are hypersaturated online and in actuality, many are still available. I looooooooove this movie theater!! This was my FIRST time seeing a movie since COVID happened... can you believe it?! And I'm so glad I went to this movie theater!! I had never been before, but always wanted to try it out. My husband and I saw the new Jurassic Park movie... which was awesome, by the way!! We got dinner from the concession stand, and it was delivered straight to us in the theater!! The food was competitively priced, delivered quickly, and was surprisingly very tasty!! My husband got the chicken tenders, and I got the chicken quesadilla. I think my favorite part about this theater though... THE SEATS. They reclined and could be heated!!! WHAT?!?!?!?! So awesome!! Another great feature about seeing a movie here that most people don't realize... you get your parking validated for up to 4 hours!! Such a nice perk!! We went for T.A.C.O. Tuesday. The theatre entrance and concessions seem a little small to me but there was no crowd that night so it was not inconvenient for us. The theatre reclining seats are the most comfortable of any in town and the sound was excellent. Our only complaint was the wall that sits in front of the seats prevented us from being able to see the bottom third of the screen when the seats are reclined. So as we watched the movie we had to sit the seats up to be able to watch the movie. It was a cold night so the heated seats were a nice feature and never got to hot as some I have been in have. Despite the obvious design flaw with the wall, we will return and enjoy our movies there as often as we can. read more

Went here to see a movie recently and wasn't very impressed. The good: It's a brand new theater, so everything is in good repair and décor is modern and looks nice. They serve alcohol and have a large food menu, you can even order your food ahead of time from the app (which is kind of a ??? but okay). The bad: There is very little noise dampening between theaters - during the start of our movie we heard the Ghostbusters siren noise blaring through the wall from the theater next to us. If you leave the theater and walk through the hallway while movies are playing you can clearly hear the movies, even with the doors closed. We were watching Rise of Skywalker, so there was rarely a time there wasn't something loud and exciting going on to cover the noise from the next theater, but I would *never* go here to watch a drama or comedy here. I've gone to other Celebration Cinemas but never experienced anything like this at those theaters. They don't have full reclining seats throughout all the theaters - like the other Celebration Cinemas, it's only the rows closest to the screen. There is no excuse to do this in a brand new theater - the aisles in the actual theater are huge, they didn't pack in additional seats, they just....didn't buy expensive ones for anything but the front rows. I won't lie, I was also disappointed that there was an old style concession stand to get food/alcohol - every other theater I've been to that has an expanded menu like this has service at your seat. I think the easiest way to say it is Celebration Cinema likes to cut corners - Serve Pepsi, Don't Install Proper Sound Dampening, expanded menu but at a concession stand, Don't have reclining seats for all seats. The tickets are just as expensive as the AMC in Alpine, but the experience is so much worse. read more

I don't know how this place stays in business. I asked about showtimes for tomorrow and got 3 blank looks and 2 wrong answers. My favorite, when one showtime was bold(1100) and another in shadow(1215)was "oh that's the movie start time and end time" which would mean Star Wars is only 1 hour and 15 min long. I went here for the first time and really enjoyed it. Bring in your parking pass (from the studio parking ramp) and it will be validated. The chairs were reclining and heated!
