One time my daughter's basic data wouldn't even show up in their system. Last week I brought my daughter's school form for the doctor to sign, and I go to pick it up after a week, and they can't find it. They have misplaced the form even though I had explicitly asked them not to lose it when I dropped it off. What's worse, the exact same thing happened last year. It really boggles my mind how a doctor's office can be so bad at basic filing system. It seems they just don't care about patients, which is disappointing. Pls improve.

They are charging $560 for a nasal flu test and $415 for the office visit. After insurance adujsting, they charge me $456.89. They didn't tell me a nasal fue test would cost $560. To disput this bill is hard. The phone number on the bill is connecting to Optum billing department. They asked me to call Dr's office or my insurance company. The lady Mrs. Kin(or Kim) in charge of bill from the Dr's office didn't answer my question. She asked me to have my insurance company to do a 3 ways call with her. So I called my insurance company and set up the 3 ways call at the time Mrs. Kin suggested, but she didn's answer the phone. Tried to dial 3 times, no one answered the phone. I have been kicked back and forth on the phone calls. I sent many messages via MyChart billing, but were ignored or only answered as noticed, checking. The only Email I am getting from them is a over due notice that not allowed an reply(noreply@optummedical.com). My disputing of this bill is totally ignored. As a loyal customer for over ten years, I have been paying their high amount of bills without delay, paying their $10 charge of forms many times. This bill is the last straw that overloads the camel. I would not recommend this practice to any parents.

The lady at the front desk was making racist comments on the phone with the nurses inside about me. "There is a white Kerin here" when I was just a concerned mother that came straight from work to bring my child to the doctor. The doctor decided to take a break right at the time that we checked in so I had to wait 30 minutes with my son shivering. I should have just gone to the ER. While we believe the diagnoses have been accurate, we usually leave without much clarity or new insight--which might be more about the minor nature of the visits than the staff themselves. One concerning moment was when we arrived for a visit and found the front desk staff asleep at her desk. It didn't inspire a lot of confidence in the professionalism or attentiveness of the team at the time, though we recognize that's hopefully a one-off. At the end of the day, PM Pediatrics is there when you need them, and we do believe they care. We just wish the experience felt a bit more attentive and reassuring.

She genuinely cares about children and their health. I ask a lot of questions but I never felt like I was bothering her. My first couple of years there I did have some serious issues with one of the front desk staff, she was just very rude and unprofessional. However, it seems like she is no longer working there and the front desk staff is great! Isidra is always so helpful. I now bring my two children here, and I am very happy with them. Sometimes their is a wait but they are always willing to accommodate last minute schedule changes, so I totally understand. Will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

Don't park at the mall since you might get towed however there are a decent amount of street parking within a 3 block radius. The entrance is right at the bus stop so do not drive into any of the parking lots! Stop right at the bus stop and you will see a path from the sidewalk to the side of the apartment building. There is a small sign by the sidewalk so it can be easy to miss.
