You provide a extraordinary service with a spotless store , polite and helpful service , always fresh and great tasting water i can taste never mildewy or off tasting exemplifying excellent maintenence of your filters being changed often not cheap I know nor is the water bill but nevertheless you keep your prices good and I REALLY APPRECIATE your having the garafoam bottle rinsers !!! The parking is close and use of your wheeled carts and even offering to carry the heavy bottles exemplifies the highest level of a service . God Bless You , and God Bless Your new Addition . This is a great local business to get water. I run a humidifier in my house every night to sleep. It uses deionized water. I got tired of using all the plastic jugs. Not very environmental. I tried out IB Clearwater's RO water in my humidifier, and it doesn't leave any scale. So now I have my 2-gallon jug that I bought from them for a reasonable price, and the RO water refills are very inexpensive. Friendly people, open every day. I recommend them. read more

Always an outstanding experience! We had been visiting I.B. ClearWater since moving to the area about a year ago. Since the onset of the Corona virus epidemic, I.B. ClearWater has become even more valuable to us and the community. Everyone I have met who works here has been welcoming, helpful, and happy to have a little conversation. There is the warmth of a small-town, small business local vendor that is so positive to I.B. ClearWater. And, during the Corona virus epidemic, they actually lowered (!) prices!! Two dollars for 6 gallons of water. It's a pretty remarkable little place for us to have right here in the Imperial Beach community. As for the product - it's water. But as good as water gets. They offer alkaline and pure water. I just get the pure water -- but it is clean, clear as glass, and tastes about as good as water can. I love this place. Getting excited about a vendor that sells water seems a little irrational but that's how significant my positive experience has always been at I.B. ClearWater. read more

Carl, thr owner, greeted me as I was coming in, he happily helped me fill my bottles, and even gave me a coupon for surrounding restaurants. He is so kind!!! This is the best water store in IB... in San Diego and most likely in the world. The owners Carl & Sherri are a lovely couple with 3 generations of cute pugs. I met Thor he's one of the pugs that frequents the front of the store to greet the locals.
