J K Floyd was able to offer me a firm price quote compared to other surveyors who could only offer a range. I'm most comfortable when I know in advance what my total will be ahead of time. Over the phone they were professional & courteous. When the date came the surveyors were punctual, polite and respectful of all properties involved. They were able to answer my questions and detailed to me what they were going to be doing in the yard. The survey was delivered in the timeframe discussed. Billing was provided at the same time as the survey was delivered. The service I received was enough to warrant a 5 star rating, yet I'm my opinion they went above that. When we encountered an issue with Chesterfield County in getting a building permit, it was Elizabeth Floyd that pointed me in the right direction and even put me in touch with the right people. Because of this surveyor the issue is resolved and our permit issued. Highly recommend for their experience, professionalism, respect and service.
