I had previously came from the New Haven Apple store earlier in the day, where the duo there was very much pushing me to buy the iPhone 16 (they were nice and it is their job, I get it). They did not have the phone I wanted in stock, so I tried my luck at the Trumbull Apple Store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and set up with Isaac. I explained my phone situation at that time and I mentioned the phone I wanted and in what color. I asked a couple of questions and he had the answers! They had 1 left of the one I wanted in stock. He then asked for the authorization PIN to proceed with the phone activation, which I completely forgot about. As I took a few minutes to try and search my notes app for it, Isaac was very patient and when I mentioned I had no luck, he recommended trying out the T-mobile store on the lower level of the mall and that they could possibly help me get my pin. He said he would hold the phone and let the team members know of my situation, so that I could pick up where we left off, since he was leaving for the day. I thanked him for his help and ran to T-mobile. I came back, pin in hand, and Isaac had left, and they paired me with Wyatt. I let him know what happened and he was caught up from Isaac. I gave him my pin and was successful. He was kind and personable. There was no fuss and full transparency with Wyatt when it came to apple care and buying the charging block. The process was so easy it took about 10 minutes to get my new phone. I left with my new phone and two very nice interactions with two wonderful employees, Isaac and Wyatt! Thanks to you both!

I sold them a MacBook Pro months ago, resetting it to factory settings in their presence. They inspected and accepted it as is but failed to check for an MDM profile, which I was unaware of. Despite their supposed expertise, Terenzio falsely accused me of selling a "stolen" device (I've had this device that I purchased for over 5 years) and demanded a $100 refund, claiming I misrepresented the device. His harassing calls and texts, including one on June 12, 2025, calling me a "lowlife" who "peddles stolen computers" and threatening court, were baseless and aggressive. Using a scanned copy of my ID as a threatening tactic over a legally invalid claim is desperate and absurd. He then had the audacity to say, "giving you 72 hours to come down with $100" and then I'll see you in court". Torching a business relationship over a mere $100 with such incompetent, hostile & extortive behavior is beyond foolish. Avoid Evolve Computer for their unethical and clueless practices.

I guess she thought I forgot about it because when I reached out to her, she ignored me. When I showed up in person, she had wiped my computer and all the photographs and videos of my children. I even had the receipt that she had given me. I can't believe she's still in business. I think about this woman every day and the years and years of photos and memories that I lost because of her. There is nothing in this world that is more precious to me than my children. She could've stolen my computer, but at least saved my photos to a hard drive. I don't think I hate anyone more in the world than this sociopath. Do not trust her.
