I guess she thought I forgot about it because when I reached out to her, she ignored me. When I showed up in person, she had wiped my computer and all the photographs and videos of my children. I even had the receipt that she had given me. I can't believe she's still in business. I think about this woman every day and the years and years of photos and memories that I lost because of her. There is nothing in this world that is more precious to me than my children. She could've stolen my computer, but at least saved my photos to a hard drive. Friday evening optimum had a surge and my main business server would not work. It was an absolute disaster. I found this out Saturday AM and googled different computer repair companies. Almost everyone I called did not reopen until Monday. When I called this company Isabel was very warm and over the phone diagnosed what the possible issues could be. I took it into her shop and she diagnosed that the motherboard was fried. She quickly ordered one to be shipped overnight. Once it was in she fixed it immediately. I can't explain how informative....professional and easy to deal with Isabel was. I plan on using her for office visits to upgrade our current systems. LOVE A+!!! I have used their service a couple of times and they are quick, responsive, do the job right the first time and priced great. I just had a power supply replaced on my PC. The new one gave out within a week and they offered, I didn't have to ask, a FULL REFUND - parts and labor. I asked about my options regarding a new PC and spent at least 20 minutes talking over different models and their opinion on brands, operating systems etc. Since they don't sell PCs, there was no real incentive to spend the time with me. When I get the new PC I will have them switch the hard drive and transfer all data and I know it will be done correctly. Thanks thanks thanks, Customer for life. UPDATE They performed a data transfer of the old hard drive to the new computer. They partitioned and labeled the new data areas exactly as we agreed. Extremely shady. My Macbook Pro was stolen from PA and eventually FindMyIphone went off and showed a location that corresponded with her store. It went off several times at her location actually. I have emailed and called/left messages several times over the past month. What kind of business never answers their phone? She never responded to anything. That's just shady and tells me she did have my laptop at some point and is not willing to help or do the right thing. Wouldn't be surprised if she's running a chop shop. Not trustworthy. I didn't realize how much I depended on my USB until I cracked it. I was devastated and immediately started searching for a data recovery place. The first one I tried was Eprovide.com. They had a fancy website and boasted some repairs were as low as $19.99. I sent my USB to them only to find out my repair was "tricky" and would cost me upwards of $900. Nuts right. I was desperate to get my USB fixed but I wasn't stupid. I found out later they regularly pulled the ol' bait and switch. That's when I stumbled on an A+ Perfect Computers ad on craigslist of all places. With nothing to lose I reached out to them and a little over a week later I received all of my recovered files on a new USB, for less than $100. That's more than $800 less than e-provided.com charged. I highly recommend them and if God forbid, I find myself in this predicament again they'll be my first call. read more
