After talking with…read morethe person who answered the phone she verified that they had the battery and that the cost was around $125.00. My husband went to pick up the battery. When he arrived to purchase it the woman realized that she had made a mistake. My husband called me to check and see if we wanted to spend that amount. The cost was 295.39! That's a huge mistake. We ultimately purchased it and the billed us because my husband did not have the cash with him and then they were charging a 3% charge for a credit card. We needed the battery that day so he purchased it. I think it would have been fairer to offer a discount because we were given the wrong price and it was a 25 minute drive to get to their business.

There was a promo for a free product from Husqvarna with a robot mower purchase, and they happily swapped out the free promo product for a trimmer instead, at my request. They were very personable and traveled to Appleton for the mower install. Mower works AMAZING! They were very accommodating to help me with my trimmer for service on the battery. I'll go back for any needs!

Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions. Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn't the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them. Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable.
