When I called the day before they said the don't do orders over the phone anymore and to just come into the store or go online. I arrived at the store and about 30 mins later I had them. It was longer then I was planning to wait, so I will try the online order next time so it's ready for pick up. These balloons will last for weeks! They have seasonal deals and I live seeing the end of season clearance items. I get fun things I would not usually buy or pay full price for. I will be back!

But Balloon Magic has…read morequality balloons, when I went in for the first time I could really tell they choose the quality of the balloons over ripping people of with crappy ones. When I went in they explained to me how a normal sized mylar is $3 and anything bigger they just take the normal sized and multiple the size until they get the size of the larger one, thus getting the price they use for the larger balloons. The employees at Balloon Magic have a great sense of humor and are very insightful about color, quality, and more. They were very helpful and their balloons lasted 2X as long as the ones I usually got from Party City. Also $1 9" helium filled balloons? What a good deal! If you're considering coming here just buy from their stock it's the same price as bring your own and most definitely better quality!

I ordered a…read moreDemi arch from them for a baby shower for $72 (and was charged $90, more on that later) thinking I would be getting something similar to what was pictured on their website. Imagine my surprise when I got the pathetic little "arch" pictured. The owner, Elizabeth, told me that the arch would sit on a table, go to the ceiling and naturally curve on to the ceiling. I paid a $10 delivery fee because I didn't think it would fit in my vehicle (spoiler alert: it would) and she told me she would drop it off herself and get it set up. A man showed up at the venue, handed it to me and said, "I believe you're waiting for this," and walked out. I emailed a pic of what I ordered and what I got to the owner yesterday. My refund? $13. Wow. She then called me up apologizing and giving me every excuse in the book (including COVID has really been a struggle for them - who hasn't it been a struggle for?) and apologizing that I wasn't happy and didn't understand why I was unhappy because I got exactly what I ordered. I also asked why I got charge $90 and it was an additional $10 for delivery and an additional $5 because I wanted it between 10-11!!! I was never told of the additional $5 charge and don't feel the time frame necessitated it. Another interesting fact - the pics of the balloon arch I ordered were immediately removed from their website and replaced with another, smaller arch for $90!!! Tells me the owner knew I did NOT get what I ordered. Reading the other reviews out here - I agree. These people will price gouge you to get as much out of you as they can. It's a shame.
