Finally found out they had changed our bank account number to someone else's completely different bank account , not one or two numbers off, but a completely new account, and had our last two years tax returns go to a total " strangers" account. The IRS said we owed more than 20K$!! In back taxes and we received no help from Juan himself. I personally asked him how this could have slipped through his his hands and he sat back and told me there was nothing he could do. After that we haven't been going to him now for over 5+ years.
