The first time I went there she was awesome however now it seems not so much. I got caught off guard when I thought I had not a stimulus. I called my bank when she was doing my taxes. When I gotten off the phone she told me I owe for my IRA. I told her she was right about me getting the stimulus. Then I told her I put back the IRA money before the 60 days. She said that's not what they gave me. I had to keep going back and forth with my IRA trying to get proof when I did have proof and fax it she shrugged it off and said it's only 50 dollars. The actual paper she wanted my IRA broker couldn't give until May. I wouldn't recommend her if you are borrowing money and your broker gives you a early tax documentation that doesn't show the full roll over she will not even help fix the problem if you proof. read more

I had a bad experience with filing my return. I asked multiple times if my recovery rebate credit could be applied so I could reclaim my 1st two missed stimulus checks only to be told I didn't qualify with no explanation as to why. I even explained that the IRS website stated that I did in fact qualify. Once my taxes were file, I was frustrated and got the opinion of another tax preparer who told me I did qualify and that she did not understand why my recovery rebate wasn't applied. So now I have to wait up to 16 weeks for my amended return to be processed. At this point I wish I would have just done my own return. I felt like my requests were ignored with no proper explanation. In these times having those two first stimulus checks added to my return would have helped a lot financially... read more
