The worst. Waited 3 weeks on a cracked screen repair. Said it would take 2 days wasn't done in 3 weeks so I took it back and sent it in to manufacturer.. Would not keep me updated on what was going on even though they had my phone number. Said they had to order a special screwdriver. Would take 2 days. After five days I called and they said that the person that they ordered from (Amazon) didn't have it. Would reorder. 3 weeks I showed up and it was sitting there. Brought my iPhone 4s in with a cracked screen and the screen partially not responding to touch, was told it would be a simple 30 minute repair. When home and returned 2 hours later to see it was not fixed and would be another 10 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and it wasn't fixed. Waited another 20 minutes and was told the new screen was not working and if i wanted to wait another half hour they would put the old parts back in and let me have my phone back. I elected to come back the next day and they said it would be ready first thing in the morning. Came back 11am the next day and it wasn't ready. Picked it up at 4:30 that day and went to the Apple Store where they informed me that who ever did the repairs forgot to put all the screws back in and what screws were in were stripped and the device was deemed unserviceable. Made calls to the store as well as sending a email to them and there corporate address and as of two days of getting my phone back there has been no response. Returned again about a week later and again no part but supposedly it was going to be delivered that afternoon. So I left the iPad and returned the next day to pick it up only to be told that it could not be repaired because the part was defective. Asked Pat to call me me when the part came in but received no call. I went back a week later on a Saturday and again no part but it was going to be delivered that afternoon after Pat made a call to the New Brunswick store. I left the pad and was to pick it up later in the evening. Well guess what, no part. Again the part won't be in until Monday. I think I finally learned my lesson.
