I've been here numerous times. I come here for a nice relaxing massage after work. I'm not sure what this other review is talking about...I've never seen the "basement floor past the kitchen". The rooms are small, but there are lights in there, and relaxing music. They give a great hot stone massage, and honestly, I've never had anything weird or shady happen here. I'd recommend it here, but if you frequent hand and stone or any other mainstream establishment then this is going to be different. Never leave a rude review but this place is super shady. Me and my bf come for a couple massage, the lady wears sexy outfits and she was no professional at all. I have to mention several times that she made me hurt and it's smell bad there too. We get 1 hour massage but were finish less than 45 mins. I come back to Philly from TX a lot for work. I decided to get a massage a few weeks ago and it turns out this place is probably a brothel. I should have known by how late they were open at night but I thought "oh they really cater to people who work late!" I should have known. Get ready for this. I walk in & I'm greeted by two ladies in extremely sexual outfits. I came with my male co worker & we were honestly just wanting some shoulder massages. There's a bunch of stalls in the first floor you enter and the place was completely empty without customers. But they ended up taking us to the basement level. We went down two flights of stairs, past their kitchen and into these closet sized massage rooms that were really dark and shady. The rooms smelled sour & a bit off. I looked for a light switch but I don't think there was one. We kind of felt awkward and somewhat scared at this point so we both stood outside our rooms. Then the ladies started talking to themselves quietly but after a 5 minute wait, they were still talking to themselves in a hushed tone. My co worker is Chinese but he can only understand a little (Cantonese) And he said they were deciding who will take the boy or girl. And the lady said to the other that she didn't want to be a lady lover today. We didn't know what to think of it but at this point, I was definitely thinking it was a brothel. But it all began to feel real shady. They kept telling us to go inside the rooms and close the door but something honestly did not feel right. So we told them we needed to leave and we ran upstairs to the front door and guess what? It was LOCKED. I swear, my co worker and I started to think this was a real life horror movie or something. We asked the ladies to please open the door and after talking to themselves for a 2 minutes (longest 2 minutes in the world), they let us out. We came to the decision that they lock the front door in case customers don't pay after the dirty deed. But please y'all, if you're not looking for a happy ending, don't come. read more

After 2100 miles driving in two and a half days, the massage Mae gave me literally got me back on my feet. Mae was warm, kind, and engaging. The place has a real homey feel to it too. Will definitely be back next time I visit my beloved Philadelphia...the open door no ill can shut. read more
