The schedule was booked solid for many days leading up to an available slot. However, it was totally worth the wait. I received the Alpha Hydroxy facial with Phyllis. It was every bit of amazing! Phyllis took the time to listen to my concerns and focus on just that. She also explained things every step of the way as she performed my facial. The extraction are painful but Phyllis was able to remove every black/ white head from my entire face with no scarring left behind. She gave me a cleanser as well as day and night creams after my treatment that have worked wonders on my face. I will be returning!
