Later I received a phone call to confirm my appt and was told that my Groupon would only cover a portion of the service instead of the entire massage as the Groupon initially stated. Then she proceeded to tell me she was now mobile and she would have to come to me, and if I was outside a certain radius. There would be an additional mileage charge. I explained to her that's not what I paid for, and that should have been indicated in your website. (Which was taken down shortly after). Further more I don't want folks coming to my home to give me a massage. Again that's not what I paid for. She said well you will need to cancel. I said no you need to cancel otherwise the site will charge me $10 cancellation fee. She would not cancel as a result I was charge the fee. It's just tough. You want to support people but they have no concept of customer service. I get that her business model changed from brick and mortar to mobile. But let people no in advance and also communicate the change to honoring the Groupon so people can trade it in for something else. Just totally ridiculous.
