Cale (the owner) initially offered a reasonably priced plan, but just six months later, he suddenly raised my rate by 200%. I understand that prices can go up, but an increase that steep feels like a classic bait and switch, a slap in the face. It made it clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them. My last trip when rinsing the timer ran out added more quarters and when it restarted it shot out a bunch of soap causing me to restart all the rinsing. I prefer manual car washing to automatic locations but this one is so frustrating I prefer to drive to the north side of Roger's to use a car wash that actually works. They worry about bbq and propane sales versus their core business.

I was surprised that they came in a van with their own generator to power their buffer and vacuum cleaner, and their own supply of water.
